Everything is well prepared clean. Everything is included, even cooking gear. It looks exactly like the picture and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good environment and not loud easy for families or couple or friend to do the homestay.

Fantastic little apartment, very modern and clean. AC worked well, bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly and smiley! Awesome rooftop pool and clean, modern little gym with steam rooms. Definitely would stay again!

Your 01st booking was for a higher-category room, while your 2nd booking, made on the 02nd day of your stay, was for a lower-category room. Upon receiving your 02nd booking, we promptly contacted you to explain the situation and offered 02 fair options:1. To move to the lower-category room as per your 02nd booking.2. To remain in the higher-category room with a nominal additional charge.Unfortunately, you refused to acknowledge or respond to either option. Despite our polite and professional attempts to explain the situation, you chose to remain in the higher-category room without paying the additional amount, like nothing even happened. We allowed this to avoid further conflict, as guest comfort and satisfaction are always our priorities, even when policies are not adhered to.It is truly disappointing to receive a review portraying our staff as rude, especially since we went above and beyond to accommodate you without enforcing additional charges.
