Check-in was very unpleasant. When I ran the marathon in the morning, I discussed checking out at 3 o'clock. Ctrip originally showed that it was 3 o'clock. After running, I came back at 2:38 to pick up things and check out. I couldn't open the door. I called the front desk and told me to let it go I went down to swipe the card by myself, and I said, wouldn’t it be faster for you to come up? I answered OK, but I waited for 5 minutes and couldn't come up. The elevator came several times. I had to go down and swipe the card to clean up and close the door to check out. Only then did I see a man slowly come up with the card.

There are cockroaches in the room, covering the walls! From time to time, foreign matter filled the toilet bowl in the bathroom, and the smell was particularly strong. There was renovation work going on upstairs so early in the morning that it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well. There were two extra bottles of water and a bag in the room, but no one gave them to me. I asked them to go to the front desk to get them themselves. Is there no aunt on the floor?
