My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First, the hotel lacks cleanliness. The carpet in the room was not clean, giving a poor impression from the start. Secondly, if you suffer from allergies, I do not recommend staying here. The hotel is located near the sea, resulting in high humidity, and the room has no proper ventilation. The air conditioning does not work, leaving the air stagnant and uncomfortable. Due to these conditions, I became unwell and had to buy medication. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not take any serious action to resolve these issues. Overall, my stay was unpleasant, and I would not choose this hotel again.

I really had a great time during my stay at hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The view was amazing. If I travel to Istanbul again, this would be the only hotel I would stay at.

Good and amazing view, room may be a bit cold but you can turn the ac off.

Very bad hotel don’t go there not clean it’s very old furniture and very bad people i stay in sheraton bursa is very good but here trust me bad and in car bark you can see another furniture company i don’t understand how sheraton give this people franchise really very very very bad

I stayed 3 times in 10 days. Mu best location. Another important issue is hotel have rail donation for earthquake. Safety with luxury.

Just because it was near to hospital we choose to stay in this hotel. And i regret each penny that I gave. Plus they are thief. They stole honey that I bought from Thailand, for 300$. It is not about money, I brought it from thailand. Special for my Mother. That is the thing makes me very angry. The next day after we check out, I called to reception and kindly asked them that there is a honey in the refrigerator that I forgot. They said “ they will look for it and let me know in one hour” a day passed. Next day I call them and ask they say there is nothing found in refrigerator. It is shame that you people call yourself MUSLIM. Allah belanızı versin. Hakkımı helal etmiyorum size.
