Good location, safe suburb

Good location. Free coffee in front of the Front Desk. The only improved area for the Front Desk is the room selection and clean up speed. Should help the quests for their prefer rooms (I prefer back side for quiet and they put me to the room facing the road) and allow them to check it at the earliest possible when they arrive early. The early arrived guests could be very tired.

Stayed here several times. The hotel said that each room provides 4 bottles of mineral water, but it didn't do so. Several rooms of our team didn't have it. I have to complain about the service here: Our team booked a dinner restaurant room in advance, but the hotel temporarily changed it to the first-floor bar before dinner. The normal dining table became a high bar, high stools, opposite the bathroom, and noisy music. After we raised objections, they changed it back to the original restaurant, but they didn't lay tablecloths, and directly used the black tablecloths for daytime meetings and U-shaped conference tables, just for the convenience of meetings on the same day and the next day? It's hard to understand.

All aspects of the hotel are very good, without any shortcomings. I will definitely stay here next time. Because the flight time is late, we were given a late check-out until 4 pm. Thank you very much 🙏! ! ! ! !

The stay was very comfortable, the front desk was very helpful and could speak English. The only drawback was that the service described airport pick-up and shuttle bus, but in reality there was no such service. It was my first time in Chile and I encountered some trouble in this regard, so I had to call an airport taxi myself.

Best hotel of this trip. The room is large, clean and tidy. It provides 4 bottles of mineral water and a kettle (which is not available in almost all hotels in the Americas). The breakfast is rich and you can eat Chilean cherries. The scenery is great, you can see the Andes and the snow on the mountains!
