Ulasan White Lotus Hotel

The service was great: the porters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew served with a smile. The location was prime, in the middle of all the action. Hotel was clean and the room service and daily cleaning was excellent. Only thing is the shower and tap lacked pressure and toilet was difficult to flush. There is a nice cat cafe nearby

The front desk staff at White Lotus Hotel are proficient in English, very helpful, and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic. The rooms are clean and very quiet, and the location is great as shopping malls, party areas, and good restaurants are all within walking distance. I will definitely recommend White Lotus Hotel to my friends.

Reasonably helpful front desk. Breakfast buffet was ok. Fresh scrambled eggs and noodles! Great location for wandering about if you like to gamble.

Good for travel

出張で1泊しました。少し歩けば観光地などに近いので立地はとても良かったです。受付の方も親切で大変満足しました。部屋の構造上隣の部屋のシャワー音だったり廊下の人の声は聞こえますが、気になるほどではありませんでした。また利用したいと思います。短期の宿泊であれば問題はありません。

立地がよく、部屋も清潔で、スタッフの方も親切でした。 朝ごはんが美味しいのも嬉しいです。 観光に疲れたら一度ホテルに戻ってシャワー浴びてしばらくゴロゴロしてまた出かける、ということが出来てよかったです。 ティッシュペーパーやリンスなどは部屋になかったので、自分で持って行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 お値段としても非常に満足しているので、おすすめです。

朝食があって助かった。 ホテルの値段的はリーズナブル。 ホーチミン市1区の中心部にあり、日本人街にも近い。 ホテルのフロントや、警備員さんが丁寧に対応してくれた。

価格相応のサービスなのかなと感じました。 フロントやドアマンの方のサービスは良かったと感じます。 朝食で1品注文できますが、*の殻が入っていて、少し残念に感じました。 また、シャワールームのボディーソープがほぼ空でした。

スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーです。 朝食は少々不満がありますが、この価格帯では納得です。次回も宿泊します

這個價錢已經算是較好的酒店，但中央冷氣系統效果效慢，其他設施尚算滿意

女性スタッフの愛想が悪い

We had a deluxe room(with window) and a great time in this hotel. The hospitality was very nice. The receptionist support us for all day trips in vietnam. We have used the washing service in this hotel and we got all our stuff back and clean. The AC was working well and thanks to Thuy for cleaning the room.

Great location for exploring the city. Breakfast was more than adequate for us. The room was basic but very clean and given fresh towels every day by lily who was very friendly, even when we had a late start to the day we would come back to a tidied room. Plenty of restaurants, bars and street sellers within minutes walk of the hotel, recommend getting a juice from the lady just outside the hotel a great refreshing start to the day and always busy. Grace on front desk was very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English.
