Ulasan Hokuten no Oka Abashiriko Tsuruga Resort

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame. When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Onsen was great too. The room was clean and tidy. The common area with fire was nice and relax.

Very nice resort. Love the foot bath and the bird and squirrels area. Very good variety for both breakfast and dinner.

The winter view is superb and I love it so much. Enjoyed the day time outdoor onsen too. Front desk service is good and the staffs tried their best to guide me the info to Abashiri town and transport arrangement to Lake Akan.

給的房間很好，面積很大還帶有簡單的廚房設備，景觀也很棒👍🏻。 酒店沒有到機場的巴士，但可以坐到酒店附近的巴士站然後安排車子來接送。記得提前發郵件和酒店聯繫，酒店工作人員回覆很快。千萬別想着拉着行李從巴士站走去酒店，一個是很遠，路很斜，冬天濕濕嗒嗒的拉不動行李。 酒店有巴士去網走各個景點車站，很方便，必須好評！ 餐飲一般，衹能説還行，談不上好。 温泉人不多，到户外池子有點飄落物，不知道是啥，但應該不是臟東西吧。 地點比較偏，適合過渡一下。

酒店離網走監獄 流冰館都很近 浴場很大氛圍感棒 一樓的小賣部土特產好全呀 房間的浴室有點小 不過一般都會去大浴場洗洗泡泡澡吧 晚餐早餐都是自助 刺身有三文魚 金槍魚 甜蝦扇貝啥的 都不錯 晚餐鐵板牛排好吃 還有蟹腿 自助小火鍋啥的 挺豐富的

設施：房間比較老舊了，衞生間也很小 衞生：房間衞生情況也比較一般，當然是和北海道其他的温泉酒店相比 環境：周圍環境還是不錯的，高樓層有比較好的view，酒店還養了松鼠和鳥 服務：還可以，不會中文，英文交流比較順暢，入住的介紹也比較全面，行李下車後一路送去了房間

暴風雪安全到達，房間有點舊，不過整體好乾淨，服務很好，有會說外語服務員，有大浴場，有relex 室聽音樂，睇書，晚餐是buffet，可以另外加購特別食物。不過唔加購其實都超級滿足。

房間大小適中，在日本算是大的，公區的影音設備和火爐比較不錯，可以在休息室小憩一下，但房間內衹有淋浴間做得還算乾淨，其他還是偏舊，很多地方都落灰，餐廳裏面吃的也很差，後悔定餐食了，誰吃誰知道。

酒店的自助餐食材非常好，除了房間較老舊隔音不是很好 總體來説還是可以的 露天温泉很舒服 足浴晚上也很有感覺

酒店服務相當周到 房間很乾凈 樓上四張床 樓下客廳 地暖非常舒服 餐食也非常豐富 酒店還有免費spa 甚至還有露天雪地温泉 意外驚喜

期待滿滿的酒店，不失為過，位置很好，出門就是商業街，到阿寒湖3分鐘步行，可以在自助餐廳看煙花

酒店很不錯，自助餐食材新鮮，小火鍋美味。下次再住。蝦非常甜。 如果酒店能增加班車，那更完美了。
