Really cute boutique inn. Very friendly and easy going staff, room is very comfortable especially the pillows. Toilet and shower is separate and quite small so clothes and towels have to stay outside. For short stays this is a good choice. Outside the hotel has plenty of eating option.

Enjoyed my stay here for 2nd time. Room is spacious and comfortable bed. It’s quite a new place having completed in June 2023! Very nice scent and clean rooms are important considerations for me. Location is walking distance to 宽窄巷，walkable or even via bus to 人民公园. 2 metro stations pretty accessible 通惠门 and 中医大省医院. I travelled easily to 春熙路 for my shopping via 3 metro stops only! A lot of affordable and great eateries around so we can find breakfast, lunch or dinner easily. There’s a mini mart just next to the hotel so you can get your snacks easily. They provide free tea on each booking so it’s very nice especially if you might be waiting for your room to be ready if you happen to check in earlier. Customer service is very prompt. We can ask for help and they reply very fast on WeChat. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

It was an amazing stay, brought my parent and parents-in-law for this trip and they all enjoyed it ad well! Great amenities and service provided by the team! Complementary tea time and coffee in the morning, laundry service is available and they would assist you if someone else is using the washer/dryer (no need to wait and keep checking for your turn!). Friendly staff, room was clean too!

really beautiful decor in the hotel. cosy space, room was warm and inviting. loved the ai assistant in the room who was voice controlled. wished the room was a bit brighter and toilet was not separated from sink, but just a personal preference. service was okay too. great location just 2-3min walk from tonghuimen subway station, convenient to get to places like chunxi road on the same subway line

- Had to wait an hour to check-in despite arriving at 2pm. - Communication could have been better improved, especially with regards to informing guests about breakfast timings and also issuing of breakfast vouchers. - Most service staff were always ready to help with a big smile on their faces. They were very helpful with the laundry though my socks were lost… twice. - Room was as pictured. Very aesthetic hotel and really beautiful in the midst of the city. - Room not entirely soundproof. Despite requesting for a quiet room twice prior to my arrival, and a staff member saying ok over the phone, when I arrived, the staff told me that there was only one room for the room typed I book, and it faced the street so traffic could be heard. More importantly, as the room was above the kitchen, we woke up to loud sounds early in the morning around 7am each day.

Had a wonderful experience. Hotel in great location close to Kuanzhai alley and panda research base. Staff were very helpful to us. Traditional style boutique hotel with a modern touch. Highly recommend it .

This little gem of a boutique hotel is conveniently located in the city. I love the zen ambience and fixtures in the room. The rain shower is wonderfully effective in washing away any stress! The receptionist staff is very helpful and courteous, making our stay a most welcome experience. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Chengdu!
