Out of town and need more time and money to travel to the tourist locations. Food wise, should have more japanese food rather than western food… after all, we thought we were supposed to be in Japan.

Room was very clean and neat! Amenities very complete,. Great place to stay for business traveller esp. easy to get transportation. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to Tokyo Big Site and TeamLabs Permanent show. It is right on the yurikamome station and the Rinkan station. The room was new, large, and with a nice with in Tokyo bay. Everything is fine except the coldness and robotic attitude of the entire staff (Daiwa staff tends to be like that in all Daiwa hotels, particularly with non Japanese clients).

Very happy with the room and location. Easy access to 2 train stations and convenience stores down stairs. We were satisfied with breakfast too. Stayed in deluxe twin so not sure about the other rooms but was big enough for 2 ppl, had 1 double bed and 1 king single.

It was my second time in Daiwa hotel. Always clean, easy to access transportation and staffs are friendly.

The hotel is just next to metro station. The room is considered bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 adult 2 kids, and it is sufficient. The nearby mall has everything you need. Travel to Disneyland is only 30min by metro. A good stopover hotel for Disneyland.

I never stayed in this Hotel but they charged me on "full" price; I booked the wrong date; I tried to reach out to them to fix the date, and says that It's not possible to change dates; they never reached out to me about the booking schedule even though I did not show up in their hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Hard to deal with them.

I was there to join exhibition at big sight. Very near by exhibition centre and convenient. Room was small, but U know Japan….its cozy and got everything I need in such small room. Anyone to stay in the hotel, don’t miss the breakdast, which is excellent and a lot better than U may expect!

It was nice hotel. Service good. Facilities ok. Food ok. Place is very quiet, but near good places like Joypolis and the TeamLab Planets.
