Otelin önünden (Uludağ Üniversitesi İstasyonu) şehrin merkezine (Şehreküstü/Ulucami Hanlar Bölgesi İstasyonu) metro hattı ile trafiğe girmeden/park yeri aramanıza gerek kalmadan rahatça gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel eski Holiday Inn sadece işletmesi/adı değişmiş. Executive odada kaldık, ***et konforlu ve rahattı. Hizmet kalitesi iyiydi bir dediğimiz iki olmadı isteklerimize hemen dönüş yaptılar. Personelin müşteri memnuniyeti ne verdikleri kaliteli önem için teşekkür ederiz...

Lokasi tidak buruk. ACnya bagus. Tidak ada yang memberi tahu kami di mana restorannya saat check-in karena paket kami sudah termasuk sarapan. Selimut tempat tidurnya basah! selalu basah jika diganti. Tidak ada sikat gigi yang tersedia meskipun diminta berkali-kali tetapi diterima satu saat kami berusia lima tahun. dan toilet bau..

keterampilan profesional tingkat tinggi, sikap baik dari semua orang mulai dari staf meja depan, pelayan hingga petugas kebersihan, mereka semua tersenyum dan siap membantu. pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, terima kasih semuanya, saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

Stayed during a family trip to Bursa. Let me first say that I had a excellent experience. Check in was smooth and professional. I appreciated management supporting the check in staff just in case. Room was very clean and well appointed. Check out was very professional and I was made to feel like a valued guest once again. Will always stay here in the future for my travel to Bursa.

Rooms and hotel was very clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety and all was fresh and tasty. Crew is very helpful. Open air swimming pool is very large and surrounded with pine trees. They also have a kids swimming pool. Overall it was an excellent experience.

It was organized group tour from Singapore- nothing bad average hotels - interesting tour packages. Rooms clean and presentable -nothing for a grade above as rooms were meant for tour packages. Don’t remember of coffee tea kettle in the room

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

We stayed in room 412 with my family. Location is wonderful. Rooms are clean, spa atmosphere excellent. And restaurants breakfast very tasting and delicious, more choices. Front desk team supportive , friendly, helpful. Especially Tarik . I will come back again.
