We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Location - located near JR Kameido Station but another option is a subway station, 12 mins away. It is also located behind Kameido Clock which had GU, Uniqlo and other food restaurants. This place is also located in a quieter location. Cleanliness - the hotel is very clean. Service - all in all, very good service. But they do not clean your room. You have to go down the front desk to get new towels. You also have to throw your own trash. Overall, we really liked the location of the hotel to escape the noise in main stations.

The hotel is fine. JR Kameido station is 5-7 mins away, but the entire location is far from downtown Shibuya/Shinjuku.

It was wonderful to see that shopping area is easily accessible and there are a lot of places to eat nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and they spoke English, which was a relief. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, it's an affordable option in a lovely area, so it's understandable. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, which I really appreciated. One of the great perks is that you can borrow various items, including an iron, for free for an hour. There’s also a laundry facility on-site, making it convenient for guests. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk from Kameido JR Station and within 5 to 7 minutes of convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and a shopping mall filled with clothing stores. If you decide to buy Tokyo Subway Day Pass, as it is only valid on subway lines (not JR lines), the nearest station is Nishi-Ojima Subway Station about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Plus, you can rent bicycles right outside the mall! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a great stay!

That’s more of a dormitory experience than a hotel experience. But it’s a good value for reasonable price. There are lots of shops nearby and it takes only 6-10 minutes to get to the station. If you’re planning to visit Asakusa or Akihabara, the location is very convenient. It’s pretty cold in the room, so we had to use the heater every night. There is no safe deposit box either in the room or reception desk. Also it was a bit strange to find the roofless plaza in the middle of the hotel but it was fun to take some photos there.

The staff are helpful. We booked the smoking room due to system allocation but managed to upgrade to a non-smoking room👍 The night staff was really professional and detailed in explaining each instruction to us during the check-in service

Great location with a Lawson just next to the hotel. Just need to know that you have to pay for the room cleaning service per day if you want to.

The room is very small, as is the toilet. However, the room has 2 sinks, and the bed is quite large and comfortable. There is also a table and a chair. There is no closet, so things need to be hung on a hanger. The location of the hotel is simply incredible! It is a 15-minute walk to the metro, and there are convenience stores, cafes and a shopping center within walking distance. The area is quiet and pleasant. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here!

I wish they did cleaning and changed towels and sheets even for continuous stays, or that they collect the trash, considering that the price wasn’t cheap at all. Also, accumulated dust and dirt under the bed. The entry looks fancy but the rest of the building looks old and abandoned, starting from the elevator. As for the rest the amenities were okay, it’s like having a mini apartment without a kitchen, and I got a nice view on Tokyo Skytree.

I had a pleasant stay here. The room is small, but everything you need is inside. The neighborhood is quiet, yet it is located next to the train station. Overall, the place is really recommended. And price is worth all the facilities.

The staff are very friendly. They assisted us for a smooth room check in and accomodated our request to leave our luggages so we can procceed with our itinerary. The location is close to kombini store and a clock mall. We will definitely stay sgain.

Well there wasnt any service and no room cleaning its extra money, room was ok for 2 people it was clean and enough for this budget i guess. Bathroom was also enough if you are not looking for luxury Location is 40m/60m away from shinjuku, shibuya and 30m away from asakusa.

hotel is a good choice while you are staying in tokyo, i like the buffet japanese breakfast.
