I visit Hanoi for business trip every twice a month. And this place, kanes skylake, is the only room I use. I can say it is the best room and the host. But please dont book because I am afraid of there are no rooms when I visit haha

Basic facilities. Would have been better if we were given a plan of the building to show location and directions of shops nearby. There are many exit to this place and can be confusing and tiring for the elderly. Housekeeping is not daily like it was advertised.

Hi stayed there for 5 days in june 2024 very nice building 24 hour security access to everything you need first three floors of building are all shops resurants grocery store coffee shops plus the building next store has hair salon massage more restaurants and there are always cabs in front of the mall entrance next to starbucks
