Katherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apar**ents so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.

Apar**ent looked super nice from the pictures but turned out to be extremely small. The pullout couch was barely a single and did not fit 2 people. There was no wifi. Access to the pool was also restricted and we were not able to use it.

We liked the service from Rodrigo who looked after every wish. We liked the proximity to downtown , the subways and the grocery store across the street. However the roof top pool was available by appoin**ent only for a fee and never available when we wanted it. It should be free and available all the time. We enjoyed our stay at VIP very much.

The taxi driver Rodrigo was amazing. His service right to the apar**ent and check in was great. Never had better service

VIP is the wrong title
No coffee or Tea
No Soap or Shampoo
One towel for 2 people
No WiFi password in the room
More of a Council flat than VIP apar**ent
They need to improve their game

I've stayed twice, the location is great, all the people are very friendly and helpful. If I return to Santiago, I will stay in this place without hesitation. The apar**ent has everything you need to be comfortable.
