126 Gracchi Suites

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "126 Gracchi Suites" in Rome owned by the incredible Dora and Rossella. Their amazing hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the cozy space. From local tips about places to enjoy to ensuring every amenity was just right, their genuine kindness made our stay truly memorable. If you're seeking a charming place with great location and hosts who go above and beyond, this is the spot you need in Rome!

Do NOT stay here. I checked out after only one night. There was no hot water. What warm water the shower did have was a tiny trickle. When we informed the manager they stated that the previous guest also had the same issue but the building's systems were old and could not handle more water flow. This is not a hotel, it's a converted room in an apar**ent suite. The manager promised a refund, but so far they have not done so.

The warmest of welcomes and a really comfy bed awaits in this lovely guesthouse. Rosella and Dora couldn’t do enough when I arrived early on Monday. The location is great in the heart of the Prati neighbourhood - easy to get to all the sights, lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi has a good connection & air con in the room was definitely appreciated! Thanks for everything and look forward to staying again soon!

Great place to stay and a great location very close to the Vatican, very clean and safe easy checkin and good snacks to choose from, restaurants close by along with gelato within a block, we also found a laundry close by

Dora & Rossella were absolutely amazing hosts from start to finish! They were so helpful with a late check in and early check out and were so accomodating and nothing was too much trouble! Room's are nice and clean and the bed is super comfortable after a big day of exploring. The added little bonus of water and other facilities such as tea and coffee in the morning at no extra charge was also a little cherry ontop of a great stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again next time we come back to Rome!

Cons: Bad breakfast experience. Too little food and too few people working to serve the start of the day. Pros: Very close to the metro. Hotel is quite new and size of the roomis great compared to London size.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights for his 30th birthday whilst in Rome. The ladies couldn’t have been more welcoming and have done anymore for us. Knowing they were just a text away was great! They were so friendly! Fresh bedding and towels every day despite not being there for that long was an amazing touch and so appreciated. The bed and mattress was amazing and so comfortable, just as nice as a premier inn bed! My partner struggles to sleep usually but not whilst we were away. The little pastries and sweets in the room and fresh water, beer and wine outside the rooms were an another amazing touch. The shutter on the window made it feel so authentic alongside the old fashioned lift. The black out shutter made the room so dark which really helped for a good nights sleep. It was also so central, a fab location. We would 110% recommend this place to stay whilst in Rome to anyone & we cannot wait to return ASAP. Thank you thank you thank you. Ciao xxx

camera pulitissima ,ottima accoglienza, posto eccezionale a due passi dal vaticano . unica cosa negativa il parcheggio da trovare molto difficile. siamo stati 2 notti con il bambino tutto perfetto. Ci ha consigliato anche dove andare a fare colazione e a pranzare . grazie LORIS.

La chambre était prête à l'arrivée et un panier rempli de petites attentions nous y attendait. Un frigo contenant eau et vin est mis à la disposition des occupants sans frais. Les propriétaires communiquent par Whatsapp pour toutes demande ou questions à chaque jour, ce qui est fort utile. La chambre est très propre et bien climatisée. Les restaurants à proximité sont nombreux et de bonnes recommandation. À recommander sans hésiter.
