We arrived at the property at 6am on 10th Jan. Hotel ***ager and staff seemed totally unaware of our booking. Rooms were filthy and had not been cleaned after the previous guests. There was black mould all over the fridge and sink (see photos). When the issue was raised with the ***ager he started acting aggressively and claimed the fridge was 10 years old and “couldn’t be cleaned”. The sheets and pillows were stained with yellow and black mould. The experience was so unpleasant that we had to find another hotel and leave almost immediately. This hotel should be closed with immediate effect. SHOCKING.
