No complaints. Lovely & helpful receptionist checked us in on April 14 evening very efficiently

Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.

Great location, just beside a shopping mall. Just stay 1night with cheap price. Worth it Airport CGK is far like 1hour to this hotel, so need to plan the travel time. Overall ok

Feel disapointed when we notices the swimming pools was under maintence until the end of this month. The quality of the wifi was bad. Point plus that since this hotel located inside MM Bekasi mall, so we could find many choices of food stalls, shopping etc.

They have perfect pool and good size, room clean and it is just perfect to spent a night here

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

We booked specific rooms online and on check in were told the room type wasn’t available and they offered a smoking room (we are travelling with a baby) as an alternative which was inappropriate. It’s a shame the online platforms allow bookings to go through when the hotel cannot honour the rooms. It’s a practical hotel for the nearby station, and with the adjoining mall for those travelling, their breakfast had a wide selection and was decent.

Hotel service is good, front desk staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was good and lots of choices.

Good... Have been here for almost 20 days.. Loved it here. The counter staff, the food , the nice service. Will surely come again. Good breakfast and nice location of hotel.
