We had a wonderful stay here. The location was close enough to a railway station that getting around town was very easy. The room was clean, the shower was wonderful and the breakfasts at Home Neo Inn have all been wonderful.

Perfect......highly recommended. Near subway as well as places to visit. Two thumbs up for the service. Very good breakfast variety

Very nice and comfy hotel. The staff was really helpful. Good location, about 7mn walk from Beimen meteo Station. If you like to walk, about 25/30mn walk from the main attraction.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Bingtuan No. 1 Middle School, Hongshan and shopping malls, but the room is not big and it is a bit cramped to put the luggage. The shower in the first room didn't work before going to bed. The front desk said the maintenance person was off work and couldn't fix it, so we could only change to the last room (they didn't tell me proactively, they only told me after I asked). The other rooms were full, and we didn't agree until we changed to another room. They said I would get a discount as compensation when I extended my stay, but the actual price I paid was basically the same as if I had booked directly on the platform. . . . As a hotel chain, I feel that there is a lack of standardized handling. You have to be tough and argue with them, otherwise the problem will not be solved properly. .

The room is nice, the location is convenient to go everywhere, the service is warm, the housekeeper will help to wash the clothes, and the front desk lady also gave a hand cream when checking out. I don’t know if I had an exam or something the next day, so I didn’t renew my room and couldn’t book it. I booked a farther Nanhu Plaza hotel. The price fluctuated greatly, probably because it was the weekend. I booked it again on the third night because it was close to where I was on a business trip and I could walk there.
