What an incredible hotel! The rooms are big and luxurious. The staff is exceptional and comparable to 5-star hotel. The quality and choices at breakfast were some of the best food I had in Nanjing. My parents had unusual/unreasonable requests and front desk went out of their way to satisfy. I also had an issue unrelated to the hotel that front desk was able to resolve on my behalf. I particularly want to mention employee 016 for doing a wonderful job and making me and my family feel so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

The main dissatisfaction was the deviation of the sanitary condition. The price of staying on the same day was less than 700. Later I found out that it was more expensive than the surrounding places. I feel that I am not as satisfied as before when I live in Vienna.

Having stayed in Vienna in several cities, Xianlin Vienna is as high-end as a star hotel. The two-story lobby is magnificent. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich, including duck blood vermicelli soup, wontons, rice noodles, hot dishes, cold dishes, steamed buns, and fried dough sticks. . . Parking is also very convenient, with many parking spaces. Just get a parking ticket at the front desk.

Very good. I came to the university town to take the registration exam. The surrounding area was fully booked. I booked here. It was originally a family standard room with two double beds. I arrived quite late. The lady at 030 was very nice and upgraded me to a family suite for free. The hotel has a buffet in the morning with many varieties.
