Kamarnya bersih dan cukup luas. Kamar kami menghadap ke jalan, jadi tidak ada pemandangan. Sarapannya enak, dengan variasi yang banyak dan standar yang baik. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah biaya sekitar 400k Vnd untuk check in lebih awal pukul 10 pagi. Menurut saya itu agak mahal, sedangkan biasanya di hotel-hotel yang pernah saya kunjungi sebelumnya, tidak akan ada biaya jika kamar sudah kosong.

The room was great. It very cozy.. location is good near to some must go scenery in sapa. Great place to stay. Nice view. Just add pillow. And deluxe room need elevators too. And be true as per booking that room booked should have fireplace. Though aesthetic. But be specific. But overall a great place to stay

Мы жили на 10 этаже. Номер с одной кроватью. Месторасположение хорошее,рядом есть все что нужно, до станции на фаникулер (Фанзипан) дойти пешком 3-5 минут . Номер хороший. Но есть нюансы,нет холодильника, если включить кондиционер,то вся вода будет течь с него на пол в санузле прям под ноги т.к трубка выходит через стену и выходит на пол, также нет воды в закрытых бутылках,а просто в стеклянной,которую сами они наполняют (в что там за вода не известно) Персонал во всем помогает на все отвечает. Мы меняли деньги в отеле,курс был выгодным, отдавали через них вещи в прачечную, также в номере был большой паук, нам пришли и убрали его. Еще окна и двери это одно и тоже и все это со стеклом, т.е нужно закрывать шторы если днем вы в номере (спите,переодеваетесь например ) Или переодеваться в закуске возле сан узла где шкаф

건물은 낡았지만 신경써서관리한 느낌입니다.. 엘리베이터에서 곰팡이냄새가 심하게납니다.. 레스토랑에서 오믈렛해주는 남자직원은 손님의주문을 귀찮게 생각합니다

khách sạn cũ, đồ dùng trong phòng cũ, phòng rất hôi gọi lên xông tinh dầu cũng vẫn thế. Nhà tắm và nền nhà bẩn. View tuy hướng núi nhưng ở tầng 7 vẫn không thấy núi đâu. Tôi ở căn family trên tầng 7 hệ thống thoát nước nhà tắm lại tràn ra ngoài. Sân không có người dọn lá bẩn, hoa tàn. nhân viên dọn tầng trên đổ nước xuống tầng dưới tí nữa. Nhân viên hỏi mãi mới nói 1 câu, chậm. Tôi có nhân viên trực mà gọi điện cho lễ tân không được. Khách sạn giống như nhà nghỉ hơn là khách sạn 3 sao và không đáng giá hơn 1triệu5/1 đên

Avoid SaPa in February as the weather is horrible! Hotel has a good location near the center and offers a nice valley view. The staff at the reception is very welcoming. Our family room was extremely spacious and nicely decorated. Buffet and a la carte menu are decent, only the fruit variety could be improved. Hotel could be superb with little more maintenance. Great value value for money. Book your limo transfer to and from Hanoi from the hotel as much cheaper.

A decent hotel. We opted for a family room and the beds were comfortable Good location very near to lot of entries and Sapa station. The check in process was very smooth and the hotel staff helped us with our luggage. Breakfast spread was limited Highly recommend the Pho noodles

Good hotel walking distance from central station and Cat Cat Village, high up room gives beautiful views (if the sky is clear). Breakfast could be improved and warmer, but in all a good choice. Beeping horns outside, but then they are everywhere!!

Decent hotel , nice interior in the hallways and very clean however breakfast was a let down. The choice was not great and don’t believe them when they say breakfast starts at 6am - we had a bus to catch early in the morning at 7am and we were pinning our hopes on being able to get breakfast at 6am (which they state breakfast starts at) however having sat there for half an hour until 6:30am waiting for the breakfast to get set up , it still wasn’t out. This is a huge disappointment and let down as we were left with no breakfast, about to get on a 6 hour bus. Would be helpful if the timings were accurate and not promising a time that they can’t deliver.

We stayed here for 3 nights, in the double room + Sky Villa on the 6th floor. The entire hotel is well decorated and cosy. My favourite part is the view from the restaurant on the 7th floor when having breakfast - looking out to the clouds in the valley, and the sunrise coming up over the mountain ridges. There is a wide range of local and Western cuisine at breakfast. The lift only goes up to level 7 of the hotel. and the hotel staff May was very responsive to our enquiry to ensure that our rooms are booked on a lift-accessible level. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre (Sun Plaza, Stone Church) and also possible to hike downhill for a while to the entrance of Cat Cat Village.

Artistic hotel with great customer service, a stunning mountain view and modern art pieces. We stayed at the top floor with an amazing view, note that there are some stairs. Rooms were cosy, with spacious bathrooms. Limited options for lunch and dinner, however, short walks to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel has a really tranquil and serene feel about it with artwork displayed on the stairs and throughout. We stayed in room 601 which had a balcony and the most beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed looking out to see the mountains and rice paddy fields in the distance. The staff are so helpful and are on it - opening doors, providing recommendations and Maye on reception was massively helpful and booked some bus tickets for us which we really appreciated and answered lots of questions we had about what to do during our stay. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom, a comfortable bed with fresh and crisp linen. The pillows were fantastic and so comfortable compared to other hotels we had stayed in. We had a kettle, coffee and a safety deposit box. There was plenty of space to store clothing and there was a small table and chairs to sit and admire the view outside. The hotel also provided toiletries and it felt clean throughout and home from home. Breakfast was reasonable with European options as well as local, and the staff were so sweet and friendly. Breakfast is on the 7th floor with the most impressive views of the mountains so bring your camera! One small thing was that on our balcony, there was only a table and no chairs to sit. It would be nice to have been able to sit outside. Overall, we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and it’s full marks from us.
