Las Clementinas

We loved our stay! We only stayed two nights with our two year old but it was fantastic. There are double panned glass doors and windows which make it extremely quiet for sleeping. It was also great to have a separate space for hanging out once our little one went down. The restaurant below the hotel is amazing. We ate breakfast there both mornings. The staff is also super kind. They don’t have on site parking but will drive with you to the near by lot ($18 a night). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful historic building, great location in Casco Viejo, excellent restaurant/bar. The apar**ent was more than sufficient, with a fine bed and beautiful bath. Most impressive is the staff. Neris and Fabiola at the reception desk were always friendly and professional, and were always willing to help. They made accommodations for our housekeeping needs, helped with directions for getting around, and even arranged Uber rides for us. We were in good hands!

This is a lovely traditional hotel in a great location in the old town. They are highly responsive to emails and WhatsApp which makes planning easier. The staff are also really lovely and helpful and gave good advice. Lonely planet probably got this right when they say this hotel has ‘faded charm’. Our room was a little mismatched. It was 3 stories up so quiet but there are an awful lot of stairs. The suite we had was huge and they allowed all 3 kids to sleep in the sitting room/dining room on a combination of single bed and sofa bed. If you have 3 kids you know how hard finding this is. The kitchen came with freshly ground coffee and filters for the machine which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom had a huge shower with the most beautiful tiles and an excellent shower head. The kids really missed having a pool. Shame they don’t have a small plunge pool. The gardens are between the buildings and are a tropical retreat from the streets. The restaurant is excellent and we had the most delicious lunch here. I can highly recommend eating here. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Staff is very friendly and attentive both in the hotel as well as in the restaurant. We stayed a couple of nights as the hotel is nicely located in Old Town. The on-site restaurant has excellent, reasonably priced food, both dinners and breakfast. Nice rooftop patio with great views. Bring up your own beverage and snacks.

Fantastic spacious hotel in the center of the historic district. Loved the rooms with kitchens and lots of space to spread out. Attached to a great little resturant which we ate breakfast at almost everyday. Very safe and secure location with a variety of resturants in walking distance.

The staff was very understanding with my flight delays and the room was wonderful. A great place to stay

This was a 5 star stay for us. For others, there may be some amenities they will miss such as a pool, elevator, and 24 hour front desk service. We stayed in room 1 and couldn't believe how spacious and well appointed it was for the price. Great value for a charming, clean, comfortable spot inside Casco Viejo. The street noise was sometimes loud, but the balcony had two sets of doors which helped w/ noise and we slept great. The restaurant is delicious and a lovely place to relax. I'm so glad we found this spot!

We had an amazing stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great. The room was amazing with super tall ceilings, lots of light, and beautiful finishes. In the bottom of the hotel there is a really great little restaurant that had live music one evening. There is also a really pretty rooftop area - it seemed a bit underused, but has big potential and is a great spot for views/photos.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Restaurant downstairs with great food both breakfast and dinner. The entire property had a cozy vibe. Carrying the suitcases up several floors was the only downfall. Will definitely stay there again.
