Ulasan Hotel Garibaldi

Wifi failed during the night & was still not working next morning. They were unable to do anything about it The rooms r ridiculously large with 2 tvs but one did not even turn on. There was no channel guide. No USB charging ports so if u do not have Italian plugs, u cannot charge ur phones.

Ottimo Albergo a Palermo adiacente a Piazza Politeama, camere pulite e silenziose, prezzi adottati molto concorrenziali per lo standard che offre, posizione eccezionale !

Location fantastica l’hotel è in pieno centro si può girare Palermo tutto a piedi. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel posso dire che la prima notte non abbiamo dormito poiché ci hanno assegnato una stanza al primo piano e anche la zona sottostante è pedonale lo schiamazzo non ci ha fatto riposare. Ci hanno cambiato la stanza con una al secondo piano ma interna è più piccola e abbiamo risolto. La colazione non era inclusa quindi non posso giudicare, il personale dell’hotel sufficientemente cordiale. Ci tornerei solo per la posizione

First service fanstasic, at the desk. The only thing was you had to call for them to put the heat on. And the sky tv, for international tv. And the tv near the bed was only channel for Italian speaking people.so that mean I had to watch tv on the small couch, were the seating area was cold and the old window broken while the cold air came in the room. The roo just need more cozyness otherwise okay. Super service from the personal.

Hotel was great and located in a safe area. The room was comfortable, but in need of a refresh paint job and updated restrooms.

A nice respite in a lively area with many dining and shopping options. An easy an interesting walk directly to the Quattro Canti.

Air conditioning is vital, not a luxury, for a comfortable existence. It was July during an epic heatwave, and the room with just not cool down. it’s a nice building. And yes it was clean.

Well-located hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast included a variety of foods and it was delicious. The only problem for us was the poor-quality of the air-conditioning unit. The front desk kept telling us it was working, but the room remained very hot. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep because of how hot it was. At the end, we requested a fan and that helped a lot.

Fantastic place to unwind. Beautiful outlook and friendly staff.

It was my birthday and they surprised me with a bottle of bubbly in the hotel room which was lovely. Thank you

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The morning breakfast was very good. There were many dining locations nearby and the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus had it's first stop just outside the hotel.
