"Enchanting structure in the heart of Palermo. Everything super clean, you can smell clean from outside. I stayed in the smallest room (junior) with a jacuzzi outside and a balcony (shared but we were lucky enough to be alone) with a view, very romantic, and I was truly satisfied. The room is very beautiful and the pool is huge. We found everything we needed, plus a bottle of prosecco. The host was very welcoming and nice. I had some problems and she immediately made herself available, helping me in every way. She even made sure we had breakfast, asking personally. I will definitely return because we were treated really well and the structure is particularly worth it. If I can give just one piece of advice, but it's not a serious thing, it is to leave a little more tolerance for check out, because already at 10 sharp we noticed that they had started cleaning in front of our door and were waiting only for us, even half an hour more would have helped a lot but we still had fun and appreciated everything so much. It's worth it."

"Fantastic boutique hotel for exploring Palermo. It’s centrally located in the historic old town, so everything is easily reachable on foot. The staff at reception and during breakfast are exceptionally friendly. The room was extremely comfortable, with a very good mattress and a wonderful shower, plus a lovely balcony with an open view. Breakfast was a highlight: generous, beautifully presented, and rich in homemade Sicilian specialties. Highly recommended!"

Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!"

"Location not exactly central but you can easily get there on foot, you have to love walking, clean room and towel service every day with little attention to the supply of toilet paper. The only flaw is the reception, the lady whose name I won't mention should remember that she works in contact with the public and should be less annoyed in helping the customer. I'm also disappointed because we're talking about a 4 star hotel."

"We came here to see a boxing match, The breathtaking view is worth 10. But just the view. It cannot be called a hotel but a HOSTEL, Poor, Old, Dirty!!!! We don't talk about eating, they don't even know what cleanliness is, Everything DISGUSTING! IGNORANT front desk staff IS RUDE. Especially the manager, who knows how long it's been since she's seen a member given her acidity and grumpiness!!!!! Having said that, I do not recommend anyone who wants to come here… DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS BECAUSE IT IS REALLY MISERABLE!!!!!!!! And what's more they made us pay before entering the room and didn't want to give us our money back!!!!! We just entered the room and managed, It disgusted us just to see her!!!!! SHAME!"

"We loved this property. Our room was very spacious and the location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot and the WiFi good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and most of the tourist sites are within easy walking distance. Our host, Santo was very helpful and had some good restaurant suggestions. We arrived into Palermo by train and the property is an easy taxi ride from the station or a 20 minute walk or so if you prefer. We walked back to catch the train without any trouble. We would recommend this property for it’s location and comfort."
