"The location is good, just a 10-minute walk from the terminal, and the facilities, which were renovated from a fortress, are good, and the managers are especially friendly. The location itself is so far from Korea that it would be difficult to come here unless it was for a special occasion, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I would like to stay there again. The only downside is that the pipes may have been clogged and the water in the shower room was drained out at the right time, resulting in high humidity throughout the room. Instead, there is an ondol (floor heating system) near the bathroom, which is difficult to find in Europe."

"Couple experience in the meantime in the suite that I booked through Booking it was written that we would find a bottle of prosecco or wine and it was not so, we contacted the secretary and the owner and they justified themselves that it was written wrong on the site and anyway by going over it we asked for one in the room and they told us that we could go and buy it at the supermarket. The pool was empty and to fill it in addition to being a feat there were also many hours of waiting (about 6 hours) so let's say that we paid to spend 6 hours looking at it not to use it. If however you need a place to get a good nights rest this may not be your best bet. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the other tenants through the walls and even the people they were on the phone with past 1 am. Traffic outside the window can also be heard very clearly. If you’re not a light sleeper this is a good stay."

However, we had a plane to get and booked a shuttle to airport at 3:30am, the brown guy who charged at night was SUPER RUDE AND MEAN. He dropped one of the breakfast bags (he saw me already took one suitcase and a handbag, but still gave me three breakfast packs). The yogurt was broken and he said nothing but left. I said thanks when we finished the check out and he said nothings. I think the hotel needs to train your employee and TEACH HIM WHAT IS THE MANNER."

"Overall, it proved to be an excellent solution thanks to its strategic location, just steps from Palermo Centrale train station and the main attractions. The quadruple room I chose was basic but functional. The window overlooked a tiny internal courtyard, but other rooms have a direct view of the outside. The staff was always friendly and professional. The room was cleaned daily. In summary, a positive experience and fully in line with expectations. A few points for improvement: - The electrical system is rather dated and impractical: for example, there is no switch for the main light in the room that can be reached from the bed. - The air conditioning is centrally controlled and managed solely by the reception, with no individual adjustment in the room (even a simple on/off). - The cleaning staff tends to speak a bit loudly in the hallways, and the doors, being older, offer poor soundproofing."

"The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese)."
