"A very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Stylish, functional rooms. The bathroom is new, clean, great. Breakfast on the terrace was completely fine, sufficient selection. Near the center of the town, good location, and parking in the hotel area is an advantage. Very pleasant gentleman at the reception. He recommended a great pizzeria in town. "Other than the location, nothing good to say about this hotel. The bed was terrible, I did not sleep well all 4 nights of my stay. The breakfast was pitiful- very little choices, and bad coffee. My friend got locked out of her room, and had to wait for more than an hour for a locksmith to break down the door, and relocate her to another room. Another friend had a leak in the room. My mattress was lumpy and hard."

"Hotel in a central and very convenient position for those arriving in Udine by train: the structure is in fact located halfway between the train station (reachable in just five minutes on foot) and the famous Piazza della Libertà, a Venetian-style jewel and the heart of the city . The large hall - a little too flashy among showy chandeliers, staircases and statues - heralds the large size of the hotel, confirmed by the long and often excessive waits for the lifts (few and modest in size compared to the number of guests). Very large, clean rooms, equipped with parquet flooring, comfortable beds and a small balcony. Next to the reception, a beautiful staircase with wrought iron railing leads to the restaurant, characterized by a good standard of dishes (the frico is excellent) and extremely kind and professional staff. Breakfast is also served in the same room, with a wide choice of both sweet and savory products. Despite the central location, the hotel street is quiet and peaceful, although not particularly inviting in the evening, as it is poorly lit and has no shops or clubs. Account substantially adequate for the offer."
