This resort is absolutely amazing from the staff to the amenities. I felt very comfortable here as a first-time solo traveler. I received daily text messages from staff checking in on me which I appreciated so much. I loved it there. Definitely my go to hotel for each time I visit Orlando!

Had a great time here with my daughter. The pool area is beautiful and so big and spread out. Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed.

Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Orlando. The property was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and convenient to attractions. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

This hotel not what it was 2-3 years ago. Not last year but for several previous years we have made a point of staying here as it’s an ideal rating place after and before our flight home to the UK and not too far away from the airport. This time we found the hotel parking has risen from $20 per night to $35! The lazy river which we enjoy immensely was closed due to scheduled maintenance. No one told us about this. There are many other hotels in and around the area with lazy rivers which we could’ve used had we have been told before our arrival. The hotel, in their defence, Did remove the parking charges and they resort charge, but even so, it was not the resting place that we were used to in the past. Hotel cleanliness was not at its best. For example, the toilets in the foyer showed signs of wear and the skirting boards dusty and dirty. The price of drinks had also gone through the roof. It was quieter than we remember from years before. It seems to me that maybe the word has got round that the overall standards have declined somewhat. We will look for somewhere else next year.

Wonderful stay. Comfy, clean room. Nice pool and lazy river! The only surprise and negative was the price difference. The room charge was $600 instead of $475 as stated when I booked. I expected extra fees, but not that much.

Loved the spa and lobby, friendly staff. Rooms were good and clean. Smelled overly like carpet fresheners.
