Arrived around 10pm of 13th went out 14th 4 am for a function and vacated at 12pm of 14th. Very short stay. No complaint. Happy that got hot water at 3. 30 am. No complaint.

superb residency with polite and helpful staffs ,,, great amenities,,, easy to find out from black thunder ,,, my kids also enjoyed a lot and stayed very comfortable,,, one of the best thing is hygiene,,,, whenever I will come to mettupalayam my only choice is woodland only 😀

The hotel is located in outskirts of mettupalayam. It is an average hotel with average facilities. The receptionist was helpful. We did not know tamil very well, he helped us book an auto for the next day.

Average hotel for Rs. 2000 (Feb 2023) when booked directly for double air-conditioned room, which is 1400 Rs when booked on hotel apps. Check out is 12 Noon. New hotel. Basic facilities TV, hot water, bed with basic (all combined bed rooms). Breakfast bought from outside and at cost. Water bottle and soap are complimentary. No WiFi. Being closer to tourist places like Black Thunder Water theme park and on main road to Coonoor and Ooty, prices is high. Safe hotel. One floor only with non a/c rooms on one side and a/c rooms including a dormitory on another side. No choice but to bear the heat through ceiling fan from terrace and noise from road. Keep TV volume up and airconditioner at low...!
