We booked 3 double deluxe non ac rooms but when we reached the hotel the manager gave us only 2 rooms saying that you have booked small rooms so we have allotted 2 medium sized rooms. The rooms were ok ok.

Worst experience ever. Dirty badsheet, dirty pillow cover, torn pillow cover, dirty blanket cover. Super small room, you can't even move. Water leak from ac duct kept open in bathroom. Food delivery taken 2 hour. Once they took order and not delivered in 1 hour. When i called they say they forgot to order my food. They don't receive calls unless you call 4 times.

Hotel surrendered by full noisy area. Always with noise and it's very disturbing more than that hotel staff were not very responsive. Receptionist was rude. Room was good and clean, but there is no window in the room. Bathroom was small and not cleaned properly.

It was a first experience to ooty. The stay was good. Good room economic in budget. Helpful staff. The best thing of this hotel is good view. It is just opposit to st. Philomina church. One of the tourist spot of mysore. My advice is book through mmt otherwise rates vl be very high. Thunk you mmt.
