Tutto ok . Tranne che i ragazzi che spiegano la struttura , la prima volta appena assunti. non avevano chiaro gli orari sauna dandomi degli orari errati . Tanto che mi ero organizzato per fare le sedute con maestro di sauna in orari che non erano previsti .

Great rooms. Hotel staff unbelievebly friendly and helpfull. We had a bit to wait in restaurant for food to arrive, still just because the staff was so great and felt us comfortable, it was not so bad in the end.

First time in Jesolo and Falkensteiner hotel, and it won't be our last, from the moment we stepped in the hotel, we felt so welcome, check-in was smooth and they took time to show us around and escort us to the room. The rooms are light the bed was comfortable and we had a side view of the beach. Hotel is quite modern and bright 🌞. Breakfast had a nice wide selection to choose from was very well presented. The beach is right on your doorstep sunbeds and umbrella is included, service on the beach was supper fast and staff there are always around so you don't have to wait to find someone. They are extremely attentive.. The restaurant Hoku food was amazing and again service impeccable. On our last night we went to the main restaurant where there is a buffet, it was impressive indeed a wide range of food from seafood' salads, pizza, pasta etc there is also a main course menu for you to select from. Gym was also well equipped. They have a spa but I didn't go on this visit I was too busy on the beach. 🤣. The hotel is like 10 mins walk to a small town where there is pharmacy, shops and cafe and restaurants. One thing to take away from our stay is that every single staff member greated us whenever passing, always smiling.. It was a breath of fresh air to stay here with excellant service. See you soon 👍

It is a great, modern hotel and the service was excellent. It has a very convenient location, but still a quiet place. Everything was to our fulliest satisfaction and we can really recommend coming to Falkensteiner, Jesolo. The beach was very clean and right in front of the hotel, very good.

Our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo was indeed amazing. It was close to perfect, the hotel offers anything you need for a relaxing family beach holiday. The rooms were nicely furnished, clean, spacious and with a balcony. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The property is relatively new I'd say, quite modern and it offers a wide range of activities. The outdoor pools are really nice with a jaccuzy. They have a nice gym and the spa area is georgeous, offering various saunas and steams. Trea**ents were also good and the yoga classes were great, particularly that they offer two classes per day. I truly loved that they have their own beach, which is right in front of the hotel. Just walk out and you'll have a seat (which are better than those in all surrounding hotels). Food was good, we had lunch once in the Japanese fusion restaurant. The club sandwiches at the pool restaurant are also great, they actually last for two ;) And breakfast was a feast, anything you may want you will find. Overall it was indeed a great stay and we might even come back sometime....

When you book a 5* hotel, you expect 5* service and quality. And then when at check-in you learn you get an upgrade, you're surely in for a treat!
Sadly, not quite. When you book a room with 3 occupants, you expect 3 sets of towels (not 2) to be provided. Or that soap dispensers are filled. Or toilet seats not broken. That a sofa bed is made with a mattress protector. And that when you raise an issue with turn down service, they do act on it. Yes, on check-out there was a gesture of goodwill but only after I was berated that I should have brought it to their attention and obviously not other staff.
Yet with a 5* property, you expect the room to have been checked before it's handed to a customer. I don't come to complain and demand, I come to expect things to be right.
What really took the biscuit though: the team left a nice box of treats with a personal note. Looked nice and a great gesture; something you pack to take home and enjoy later while you think back to the time you had at the hotel. Yes, it made me think back: stale biscuits and chocolate that was past it's sell by date. Funny how the treats matched the experience...
If I have the choice between the room I booked and everything as 5* as it should be, or an upgrade to less than 5* quality, please: just the room I booked. It's not 5* if I have to tell you what 5* is.
