The Chilli Patong Beach Hotel - Near to the Beach -Completed Fully Renovate 2023

Cons: Official photos are very misleading. Very unsafe elevator. Doors don't close easily. Room was rarely made each day unless I specifically requested it. Pros: great location - easy walking distance to lots of tourist stuff but hotel is tucked away from it nicely so that you're safe and in a quieter area! Decent view from the balcony. Hot water and good pressure in the shower.

The hotel is at an amazing location! Staff are also friendly and the place is great for solo travelers, thank you for having me! Only negative would be that the sheets had some stains and the room doesn't look the same as in the pictures but it was still a good room. Also, would love to have more amenities in the bathroom such as toothbrush, and WiFi (in the room)

Checked i the miserable lady wanted 3000 deposit or to hood out passport. The room was old not renovated as described. I'd never go back ever again at all cost.

The hotel is in a very good location. However, the rooms are a bit overwhelming. There are many mosquitoes. Elevators do not work at all. It goes up to 4 floors in 5 minutes

the hotel was acceptable but they didn’t even provide a cup or spoon but they had the kettle. my room at 3rd floor and no lift. paid deposit in dollar and when we check out early in the morning, they said couldn’t find our deposit and asking us if we really paid deposit or change room! worst!!!

The hotel does not look like the photos. The booking site did not mention that they only accept cash for deposit. There is no elevator and so many stairs, annoying when you have to carry luggage. The hotel does not look remodeled as mentioned.

Actually this hotel in the first day , make me feel so bad , because they give me very bad room not clean and bathroom very bad , so second day i decided to change another hotel.. then i ask them another if can possible change me to another room clean and better because in photo looks different then what they give me ! ... i the end i find out i book the very good room but they cheated me and they give me the most bad one .. so i ask them to change for me same my booking.. in the end please if someone want this hotel be careful for what you book .. and make sure from beginning you can accept it ..

If I was you I would choose to stay somewhere else, staff at the front desk are rude and not welcoming or friendly at all. They try to charge you 3,000 TBH for a deposit for a room key which is massively overpriced as if it’s damaged or lost they only cost 1,000 THB to replace. The photos on this website do not represent the actual place AT ALL. Couldn’t be further from the truth, unsure what has been renovated as this isn’t visible anywhere. The toilet down in the lobby was dirty and didn’t flush properly. In the room one of the lights didn’t work, the tiles on the floor were loose and creaky, there were these weird little flies all over, there were cigarette ends on the floor in the corridor. When they came to clean the room they took our towels and didn’t replace them. Only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the center. There’s not many bad reviews on this website but if you go on Google, which we should have, then you will see many bad reviews about this place.

Good location, very convinient. Rooms and the hotel itself differ from the pictures, not in good condition as shown but is okay, good value for the price.
