The Lodge Luxury Resort at Lake Harmony

Upon arrival to Lake Harmony, we were a little confused as to where the Lodge was located. We stopped at the Towne Center for directions. We were greeted immediately by 2 young men who gave us directions to the Lodge. We arrived at the Lodge to check in only to find a sign stating that check in is at The Towne Center. We had to take our bags back to our car and drive back to the Towne Center. No apology, no explanation. The front desk seemed to be total chaos. Once we got back to the Lodge, it seemed deserted. No one to answer questions, or give us guidance to our room. Finally a young man was leaving the gym & said he did work there but was leaving for the night. We were literally on our own. The next morning, we walked downstairs to find the front doors (entrance) had been left wide open all night long! As we walked around the lodge, we noticed windows that were cranked open with wood rotting around them. This is a beautiful lodge but definitely lacks customer service & is in desperate need of updating. On a good note, our room was clean, comfortable & well stocked with towels, etc. I would definitely consider staying here again if security was better. In today’s world, why would they leave the main doors open for just anyone to walk in???

There was a karaoke session while we were here and it was amazing. Then to top it off, we had our good friend Luis showed us a magic trick and it was the best thing we ever seen. Props to Luis for showing us this amazing trick during our stay here at the Resort

A great trip that was made especially memorable by Luis who was really friendly and a great entertainer!! He showed the group of friends I was with some unreal magic tricks that made our night unforgettable. Definitely worth a trip down here.

Fueron unas vacaciones increíbles con toda la extensión de la palabra, ame el clima, los panoramas de pelicula, indescriptiblemente maravillosos!!, las actividades que el hotel ofrece con un extraordinario guía Luis Miguel Galvan super amable, atento, bilingue, pasiente, el personal de cocina maravilloso, el gerente de Lodge Roberto Badilla tambien una bellísima atención, la seguridad del agua Park inigualable, TOD@S super atentos mil gracias por hacer estos días de estancia simplemente maravillosos e inigualables

El hotel estuvo muy bien excelente servicio la comida excelente la atención de Luis Miguel Galvan y Roberto Badilla fueron buenas realizamos muchas actividades fuimos de Pic nic además de visitar el Gym el Área de Juegos todo estuvo excelente muchas gracias a todos en General
