When I arrived I was told that check out was at 1330 due to our flight leaving at 1500. The man at the front desk even looked at when my flight was leaving and told me 1330. On my check out date I get a knock on the door at 1150 telling us we need to check out due to check out being at 1200. I reminded them they told me 1330 then he proceeded to show me a paper that he did not show me when we arrived saying check out was at noon. I again reminded him he told me 1330 to which he said no. Not only did they lie to us they also booked us with an awful snorkeling company that didn’t even look provide us bottles of water. There is no breakfast here either. Absolutely awful experience with the service here and will not be returning.

Great Position in town, nice pool and direct access to beach with sand and umbrellas. Friendly staff who were super flexible with our arrangements. They sorted airport transfers and helped with transport to Luxor and dive boats. Kitchen was great as well.

Nice pool area, beach hard to walk into the sea you need sea shoes. Food is terrible uncooked burgers sent back ( make sure yours is cooked before you eat!! ) When it came back I did not like it and 4 of us wasted our money. Nice with no music playing like there is in most other beaches.

The positives: location, size of hotel (smaller boutique hotel), staff friendliness, politeness and being very helpful, bed comfort The not so positives: beach is blocked on both sides (this seems to be the tendency in Hurgada to keep all beaches private), dirty and not very welcoming, no breakfast.

We visited this great gem on our recent holidays in Hurghada. The service is just great and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have the facilities to make your own breakfast as each room has a mini kitchen/refrigerator You get the best Red Sea beach view from the rooms. The price are cheap compared to other places in this area. The owner is always around and making sure the visitors are taken care. We will definitely be back here😊 Hazeem family from Norway.

Nous étions censés passer cinq nuits dans cet établissement et nous sommes partis le soir-même, écœurés par l'état du studio. Tout était sale : les serviettes tachées, les murs avec des traces noires, les meubles et la poubelle graisseux, les verres tout juste rincés, le micro-onde avec des restes de nourriture encore collés à l'intérieur... Le sol était plein de saleté et de traces de pieds. Nous avons demandé à ce qu'il soit nettoyé et c'était pire après. Nos pieds étaient noirs !! Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel dans la foulée et partir. L'équipe nous a remboursé sans faire d'histoire. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout. L'endroit est vraiment glauque.
