"We have been staying at The Grand Hotel Hurghada for several days. The towel service here is very bad. You can only get towels once a day, between 10:00 and 10:30 am, and only from your room cleaner. If you don’t know this, you get no towels. That’s what happened to us. We asked the staff many times. First they said “come back tomorrow.” Then they said “come at 12 pm.” Then they said “not my job, ask someone else.” In the end we got only two towels for four people. We needed two more, but every staff member we asked had no towels either. Because of this, we have been using the same towel for three days, in three different rooms. We could not change it, because there were simply no towels to give us. This hotel has no real towel service, like other good hotels have (for example, a towel station at the beach where you get fresh towels easily). Here, nothing like that exists. We cannot recommend this hotel right now."

Dia dengan cepat memindahkan saya ke kamar lain. Saya lupa membawa kunci, dan dia sangat baik hati memberi saya kartu tambahan untuk mengambil kunci saya kembali. 2. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan relatif luas. Ada kolam renang di luar dan airnya relatif bersih. Saat itu sudah agak larut malam, jadi saya tidak banyak mengambil foto. Cerminnya kurang nyaman untuk dilihat orang dan perlu ditutup."

"This hotel's beach is cleaner and prettier than the beaches of the neighboring hotels. Breakfast is average, mostly bread and eggs with little meat. The buffet dinner is better than breakfast, but drinks are not included (you have to pay extra for drinks). The hotel is large and beautiful, but it's easy to get lost. There are some good sports classes (for a fee) if you don't go out to sea, as well as some free ones."

"I have once again returned to the hotel . unfortunately i was diagnosed with food intolerance before my trip.so i would like to put other travellers in this situation at ease.i spent two weeks at the hotel & had no issues at all with my gluten & dairy free diet.all the restaurants where more than happy to assist me & adapted as much as possible for me due to my food requirements.i went to all the specials restaurant.all you need to do is let the manager no what you can't have before ordering your meal.i don't feel like i went without anything during my stay.so thank you for your assistance & making my stay as amazing as always . The reason i will return to this hotel is due to its cleanliness,food quality, facilities & most of all the amazing staff that work so hard to make everyone's stay the best it can be .that goes from the very top to the bottom.so i will return in the near future."

"Over all the experience was fine however i think there is chance of improvement that can take the hotel to totally new level. Negative feedback: Rooms needs to be renewed for real and make it matching more with modern rooms, room have clear smell of old rotten clothes, but room service was still doing amazing job on cleaning the room and make it smell better , but once the air fragrance is done room smell back again, I don’t recommend first floor in the center for families with kids as literally so noisy and can keep hearing people keep going and coming and can wake up your baby, but i can only blame myself as i choose to be in center. The pools is nice but the Island resturant requests operations is weird Its called pool restaurant at the same time they ask you not to come wet and dont come from pool side directly to the restaurant!!! So why your making a ladder directly from pool to restaurant then ask guests not to use and go all around to to to the restaurant. I had an emergency and wanted the clinic as my son finger was hurt and went there and it was closed and not working with no time or schudele added in the door Lucky for me the resturant manager behind the clinic helped me out and got me some stuff to solve issue Thanks Mr Ahmed along with the pool boy. Positive feedback: Best service ever everywhere specially at the main restaurant i even went to best hotels in Egypt before didn’t get an amazing services like this, every one of the stuff literally helping from the heart and makes you feel welcomed Keep up the amazing work and work the negative feedback definitely would come back and next will be 10 out of 10 enshallah"
