": Extraordinary experience and a charming stay worthy of imagination! The King Tuttle in the Round is the perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have a unique view. The facilities are excellent, and the beach and restaurants offer services that exceed expectations of high quality and diversity that satisfy all tastes. But the real secret behind this hotel's distinctive feature is the hotel staff, headed by Mister Abdulhamid, the hotel reception manager. I would like to direct the gratitude and appreciation and respect to all the staff in the hotel without exception, from reception, room service, to the restaurant staff and entertainment. Everyone has a very professional, always smiles on their faces, and quick satisfaction with all requests in a hospitality spirit that reflects the generosity of the original Egyptian hospitality. We felt like we were at home in the middle of our family. The Grand Hotel, Hurghada

"We have been staying at The Grand Hotel Hurghada for several days. The towel service here is very bad. You can only get towels once a day, between 10:00 and 10:30 am, and only from your room cleaner. If you don’t know this, you get no towels. That’s what happened to us. We asked the staff many times. First they said “come back tomorrow.” Then they said “come at 12 pm.” Then they said “not my job, ask someone else.” In the end we got only two towels for four people. We needed two more, but every staff member we asked had no towels either. Because of this, we have been using the same towel for three days, in three different rooms. We could not change it, because there were simply no towels to give us. This hotel has no real towel service, like other good hotels have (for example, a towel station at the beach where you get fresh towels easily). Here, nothing like that exists. We cannot recommend this hotel right now."
