9平米的房間散發著發黴的味道。簡陋的設備，陳舊的傢俱，轟隆作響的冰箱和空調。難吃不衞生的食物，水果上趴着蒼蠅。因為當天白沙灘沒房了，在這裏湊合了一晚，沒辦法。忍受吧。這種酒店不應該出現在攜程。

My husband and I stayed in one of the garden view rooms during our stay at the Giftun azur resort. The room was pleasant, although it did require updating, but it was well serviced every day with fresh linen, towels, and refreshments placed in the fridge for us. The gardens are particularly spectacular with daily maintenance in place. The resort has its own beach with plenty of sunbeds. The main and beach restaurants serve a variety of well-made fresh foods and drinks with a good variety on offer. There are other restaurants, and these are at an extra charge to the all-inclusive basis The entire staff of the resort are very pleasant, helpful, and polite, always willing to help at any time. The entertainment team is very enthusiastic, providing day and evening entertainment daily from outside games to shows in the theatre and meeting point. Ellie is a fun filled enthusiastic member of the team who takes time out to introduce herself and chat to the guests. Overall, the Giftun is the ideal holiday for couples and families alike.

Me and my boyfriend came to the resort and we had the best time. The drinks are good, animation team are outstanding, really good at getting everyone involved. There was the option to go to the club every night for an extra charge of 15€ pp and the animation team took care of us the whole night. We did activities throughout the day such as volleyball, Zumba etc all planned by the animination team and it was great. The food was brilliant and we have 0 complaints. Would recommend to a friend.

the whole hotel was great from start to finish, the staff are just wonderful always welcoming, and happy to help. there are many activities available from the hotel and it is a place where you can go for a walk in the sunset. the hotel is very clean, the is alwasy staff cleaning around meaning that there is never a time when its dirty. My only complaint was the food, some of it wasn't great however there are so many things available in the buffet that there's always something to eat. the pool is spotless and warm, and the beach is well-maintained. In particular the reception staff and bar indoor bar staff just made my experience they always offered help and were happy to just have a conversation

The hotel is very very nice and we had a good time. The animation is very lovely and the service team is good and friendly. The shows in the evenings are very good and interesting. We like to come back and enjoy this time again. So lovely and nice hotel.
