The location was excellent. Right in the heart of Bangkok Chinatown. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly. It was a good experience.

Breakfast is a wide selection. It’s close to China town and food stalls. It’s a quick tuk tuk away from some sites to see! The hotel has a live bar almost every night with buzzing atmosphere. It has dry cleaning available at the hotel.

I love the spa, the therapist is very skillful and the price is very reasonable, the room is very clean ,staff very helpful Ang the live band is so good , the location is perfect

Shanghai Mansion is perfectly located in the Chinatown district in Bangkok. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the room, which was spacious and beautiful, while having immediate access to food and nightlife.

There is no tooth brush , if you are not a white , I don’t recommend you to the front desk , the morning shift front desk girls are quite descrimate. Feel abit like ghost story .

The location was ideally at the heart of Chinatown. It's a nostalgic experience of the 70's and it's an old building of over a hundred years old so there's some unusual vibes. But all the staff has been extremely helpful and ever friendly. And also you won't be hungry at all, there's food stalls and restaurants everywhere.

A special location in Chinatown. The room style is very unique (Chinese) and the hotel has a good bar with live music. very pleasant stay!

I was fierce scolded by receptionist for asking tea sachet , after they found out totally missed out many items was not clean up n filled up in room ,. Reception speak very reluctantly like scolding a dodgy ( never match 3-4stars standards for receptionist,. I feel strong racist issue ( they treated European nice n politeness ,. I see not much Chinese staying this hotel ,. I encountered theirs are the same look should’ve family business n using enpower attitude towards Singaporean shown we are not welcome to this hotel

We were impressed by the internal deco of the hotel focusing on the very Conventional Chinese Theme. The ground floor layout for the Lounge and Reception was very interesting. The hotel location is great, all the Staff have been helpful and friendly. Street foods are abundant the minute we stepped out of the premise, in fact we were spoilt for choice where food is concerned. We highly recommend it for those who want to have an experience of a Chinatown.

Loved every single bit of the place. The rooms are quite different and it made it feel instantly good to have a change in location. The rooms look like they have been made with a lot of effort. The hotel had good staff and the music was good too. Loved the location!
