The hotel appeared exactly as described. No major surprises. Contactless check-in process so ensure that you have filled out the information of all the visitors beforehand via the link procidws. They will verify each guest individually when you physically check-in. English speaking customer service is available. Do note that there is no separate dryer. Washing machine comes with a drying function but does not dry the clothes completely. Major attractions are a walking distance away. Paid parking available away from accommodation. Costs 300 to 400yen for overnight parking. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

In conclusion, it was the best accommodation for this trip, but there were a few issues. It clearly says that there is a luggage storage service in the accommodation service details, but when I arrived, it was unmanned and I couldn't receive any service, so I walked around for almost 30 minutes, went back to the JR station, stored my luggage for 700 yen, and started my trip. Something happened that didn't exist Also, there was an issue with the door lock not working in my room. To resolve this, I was able to resolve the issue within an hour by talking to the manager (the door did not close tightly, so I had to push it with force) The room condition was excellent and everything in the bathroom and toilet was good. There were some inconveniences, but I spoke to the master and he said he would fix it, so I think it will be a better hotel.

It feels like an apartment, and is nice and clean. There is no front desk, but you can check in using the tablet at the entrance and check out using the tablet in your room. If you need to confirm anything, you can call or email using the tablet in your room. If you need something urgent, like extra towels, it may be difficult to deal with as there is no staff at the front desk. It's within walking distance of Moji Station, which was helpful!

Facilities and sanitation are good! Without speaking Japanese, self-service check-in is difficult!

全自助辦理，提前會收到酒店發的郵件，需要登記入住人訊息，填好會給你一個入住碼。在辦理入住的時候可以選擇中文服務，非常好。 房間衞生還不錯，離門司港站步行7.8分鐘。

酒店由於冇人工對應 所以由入住到退房都要自己用tablet搞掂。 但係因為可能仲新，真係好乾淨。 家庭房有三張床，一個客廳仲有廚房。 行番車站五分鐘，最近既超市三分鐘

我們是自駕遊九洲，經Trip.com 預訂了門司港這間酒店。Trip.com 的酒店確認書上的電話號碼，原來是錯誤提供了這酒店旗下的另一分店，當我們輸入了此電話號碼到車上的GPS導航，便被引領錯誤到達了另一酒店地址。到了這酒店沒有真人接待，check-in 全是電子化，電子平板上要求我們輸入checkin 6位數字密碼，但我從沒有收到酒店所說的密碼電郵，沒辦法進行checkin 程序，我便用門外的對講機與酒店職員聯絡，按了多次對講機也沒人接聽，我只好致電對講機上的電話號碼，希望酒店可提供協助，終於電話接通了，可是接聽的職員英語能力很差，最後他要以Google translate 向我翻譯，我才明白職員指示我們找錯地址，但他沒有向我們提供任何協助。接著我們只好搜查Google上記錄的酒店資料，與Trip.com 的酒店確認信的資料作對比，發現了確認信上的酒店電話號碼與Google上所尋找到的酒店資料上的電話號碼不一樣，發現原來因為電話號碼不乎，令致車上的導航帶領我們到錯的地方。我們便跟著Google上記載的酒店電話，輸入GPS才找到正確的酒店位置。到了酒店外，酒店也是採用電子check-in 的方式要求客人自助checkin ，亦因為我們沒有收到酒店聲稱已電郵給我們的密碼，checkin 再次失敗，幸好今次能聯絡到可說國語的客服，最終得他的協助才能完成check in 程序取到房間，前後總共花了1個多小時，很晚才能安頓休息。第二天早上，因為酒店外有工程進行，我們在早上7點多便被嘈醒了。 這次住宿真是一場非常不快的經歷！！

チェックインコード　メールで届いていなかったので、現地にチェックイン機械で依頼、入手しました。　遠隔チェックインに慣れていないので多少戸惑いました。 部屋はとても快適で広々です。
