**氣氛很濃郁，一進門就是牌桌了,也是萬年第一次見這陣仗。總的來説對於喜歡賭錢人士友好，如果親子出遊的話性價比不是很高。酒店泳池維護的很棒！

I am a social media influencer Mariana helped me so much and gave me service above and beyond! Photographed me for my business and was so nice and kind pleasant and helpful. I will recommend my friends to visit the hotel just because of her. I love her!

It was a great experience, the lights were a bit too dark though. I loved every single dish, we also had the wagyu tenderloin it was mouth watering honestly one of the best steaks i have ever had!! The servers were very friendly, thanks to mr. antonio our waiter for the help and impressive service. the menu was fantastic a lots of choice specially the steak and sharing selection. All the sides was mouth watering i love the potato mousiline plus truffle and yuzu corn. A bit pricy but worth every penny. Overall, a great restaurant just visit it when you have enough money!

Everything was just great. The service of the hotel was perfect! The best hotel that we ever had been before Even the mini bar was for free The room and the balcony are very comfortable We have no words about anything to say besides perfect perfect perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. They thought of everything to make it 10 star! The service was way way beyond any expectations we had. The staff starting at the front desk, the concierge, restaurants, housekeeping, maintenence were super friendly and professional.

I came with my family for the second time and I really enjoyed the whole stay. Miss Marianna from guest relation was so kind and give us the top of the top service I have ever had!! Best hotel and best service! My son was so happy with Marianna because showed him the game zone that the previous time we didn’t have the chance to enter it! Best and lovely staff at Front Desk. Natalie supervisor and Bell manager are excellent. ALI from Bell team very helpful always. Amazing staff and team you have there. Everything is wonderful with the team of city of Dreams Mediterranean. I will come back always

I appreciate Nermine so much , the way how she approached us very friendly, she remembered our name , she is so smart , helped us during the check in process, and she surprised me with a cake she knew that its my birthday, her behavior is very professional , she ensure the positive attitude and keep our morale high, i appreciated her strong service, we felt so welcomed because of her, she took the service in another extra mile, the handrwritten that we found it in the room as a welcome note make us so appreciate, she makes us feel truly valued throughout our stay specially when she handled our stay promptly and professionally.she is always turned the negative situation in a positive one.
