The building looks a bit old, but the room’s interior is still nice. The location is very close to Tangqiao Station. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the amenities are complete. Lastly, the front office staff were very helpful, and I loved that they spoke English really well

The pillow and blanket had saliva smell and the bedsheet was really rough and uncomfortable. In-room dining was tasteless and slow. Receptionist that assisted our check-in was not friendly, only when we checked-out they asked us to give a 5 star review on the app. However, the cleaning lady was kind and helpful.

Great location, easy access to bund and pudong airport. Decent breakfast. Would stay again

100-150m to the station. Great place for family stay with all the necessary facilities. Rooms are spacious with some city view.

It’s a very old room in one corner. Not much options in breakfast menu. Location is good & it’s very near to metro station.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to both Pudong and Puxi area. Quiet and clean. Service in lobby speaks good English so it is easy to communicate.

The room was nice and clean but the reception staffs should learn how to smile, friendly and accommodating. A minute away from Tangqiao metro station of Line 4 which was a +++

The hotel and the staff were cool. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff. The view from the room is wonderful and the srea around the hotel is clean and nice. You can find few things to do around the hotel.

Great location excess to public transportation. Staff is friendly and helpful. No issue for foreign visitors to communicate with the staff.

Very basic hotel, in need of renovation, good enough, but don’t expect modern hotel experience.

Area is mostly Chinese locals, but hotel staff spoke enough English to check-in and out and amenities are suitable for Westerners. Hotel was basically empty on a Sunday when I went. It’s a minute away from a subway station and has a mall within 7 minutes walking distance. Hotel exterior is nice but little things show that it could use a renovation overall. Rooms are quite dated.
