Super convenient location, right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, just 20 meters from the MRT. The A21 bus from the airport stops right at the mansion's doorstep, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars. Especially, the price is afforable and the room isn't as small as one might think. The only downside is the soundproofing

Good location, near the metro, near museums and the seafront, Aeroexpress to the airport is also near the house. For the price it is a great option, when I forgot my room card in the room, they gave me a spare one right away.

Conveniently located in almost everything you need luxury shops below property, and food at the back of the property is great. Just right place to retreat after a long day of Hongkong activities.

Normal for Hong Kong room is very small. But it's ok cos of the price wise. This hotel is clean. Amenities given is towel, toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle in the room. The water heater for showering is working well and good. Location is fantastic for us as it is very near to MTR exit C. Bus stop to airport A21 is infront of the hotel. Very near to Kowloon Mosque. There's a Halal KFC, about 15mins walked down the pavement in front of the hotel down to Jordan. Can walk to the Avenue of Stars.

Lovely stay at Francis hotel with my family. Francis goes above and beyond to support you, the checking in process was smooth and he prepared a room with a window as I was travelling with children. The location is very close to the harbour where you can enjoy Hong Kong's beauty and nightlife, loads of shops, restaurants nearby and being a Muslim family right near to the Kohloon Mosque was amazing. The place is near the station so you can travel to anywhere using the MTR. Thank you Francis for an amazing stay.

Very clean and well cared. Owner very kind and helpful. The room size is little but that was already expected because it is clear on the description, but enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The location was great, 5m walking distance to see the stars avenue, the lights and sound show. MRT (subway) just at the door. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops around the building. Last night we discovered there is an Indian restaurant on the 6th floor but we didn't have the opportunity to try it because we left in the next morning. Would have liked to try it. Owner is kind and speaks English, pther staff don't speak English but you can get everything sorted with the owner. We didn't see any bugs, the room was clean and smelling well all the time. Don't miss the kowloon Park and the Hong Kong av of Commic stars, 5min, walking from the hotel.

Please consider carefully to stay here. We stayed 4 nights with One set of Towel, Bed Cover, Pillow Cover. I could not reach the owner due to the elevator under services on the last day. I could not deposit any luggages  so I have to check out and go straight to the airport.
Response from Property: We regret that you had an unsatisfactory stay in our guest house. But I would like to mention the followings:1). We had given you 2 sets of towels when you checked in and had informed you that we only change the towels in alternate days upon your request. Otherwise, we will not go into your room and take away your towels. Hope you can understand that, we don't want any misunderstandings like we entered the room without permission. It happened before with other guests when we tried to do housekeeping, so we are very careful now. Only if you ask for housekeeping, then we will enter the room.2). We only change the bed cover and pillow cases after the guests had check out. All the bed cover and pillow cases are replaced with fresh and clean ones before new guests check in. Please understand that we are a small guest house and we don't charge you hotel prices so we can't follow the hotel services as this will increase costs and we can't provide any competitive pricing.3). As for leaving the luggages, we are most welcome for you to do so. However, we can't control the maintenance schedule of the lifts as this is very important to ensure our guests' safety. But I am sure there is another lift in the building that can reach us without any problems. There could be a long queue waiting which might require your patience.

The room overall good, i stayed for 4 days but the owner dont clean the room
Response from Property: We will always throw the rubbish in the bin and replace with a new rubbish bag. We will try to sweep the floor if too dirty and no bags lying on the floor opened. We will not make the beds until you check out especially you have things on the beds to avoid any misunderstandings and confrontation for example if you have something missing. We always have customers telling us that they don't want anyone coming in to do housekeeping. Hope you understand that
