There were tiny bugs crawling on the bedside tables.
Good location— easy to get a Grab ride and walking distance to the mall.
Frontdesk staff didn’t bother to ask if I needed assistance in getting a taxi/ Grab ride to the airport knowing I had two big bags and I said I had a flight to catch. Receptionists need more training in customer service.
Buffet was okay and food tastes good.

Not satisfied with the hotel, room and toilet was quite dirty and had a bad smell. Do not recommend staying here. Surprisingly only guest there. Service bad.

It was a nice stay, the staff were super helpful and kind. The breakfast was okay, not too many options but tasted fine. The room was also quite clean and neat. It was a good stay for a few days.

It was ok to stay but would be better if it was cleaner

It is an old hotel so It is not the cleanest, but it's clean enough and the service staff are great and friendly too

Food is OK. Location is very good coz it is convenient to the place we had our convention.

It used to be a good hotel, but since covid it has gone down hill. The hotel itself is ok but the service and the breakfast is a shadow of what it used to be. I won't be staying here again

There are countless cockroaches in the room...
They were small so it didn't bother me much, but if you don't like them you should probably avoid them.
Also, the shower pressure was quite weak.

The facility itself was not bad overall. However, the air conditioner was very dirty and there were many cockroaches in the room. There are few hotels in Tagbilaran, so there is nothing we can do about it, but if possible, I would not visit again.
