The staffs are we'll trained and can meet up to most of your expectations. The location is closed to the Shantou HSR station but a little off the main city hub.

We booked 5 rooms there. Nearby location not much tourist attractions and 十一河村 need walking distance 10mins. So far clean I like it !

The counter staff are very friendly and courteous. Kudos goes to the manager who helped us in the purchase of daily breakfast vouchers. As the hotel is newly opened the room is very clean and the shower area is spacious. We hope that the hotel management continues to maintain and upkeep the hotel. The location and the outside environment of the hotel are a bit isolated from the city Center nevertheless it’s easy to “didi” or get a taxi to get around.

The hotel was new and clean, breakfast was good. The location was far from the city. But it’s near the the railway station 5 min. by Taxi.

There are also many barbecue restaurants and beef hot pot restaurants at the door. It is very convenient for midnight snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied

Because I am also a staff member in the hotel industry (not under Huazhu Club), I know which are the hygiene blind spots or places that are easy to miss that guests often complain about. After careful inspection, it is unexpectedly perfect, which is amazing hahaha👍🏻👍🏻 Facilities: The facilities are basically perfect, but the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. The rooms on the side of the road are noisy, and they will still be affected even if the doors and windows are closed. If you value sleep like me, it is recommended to tell the staff not to be close to the road. The shower water pressure is very strong, and the mirror is also a double-sided mirror, which is very convenient for makeup and washing. Environment: The surrounding area is actually a small rural area, and it is difficult to order takeout. It is basically delivered at more than 30 yuan, and the delivery fee starts from 5 yuan. It is not recommended for traveling alone or eating takeout frequently, but there are many seafood and beef food stalls nearby, which is very convenient for many people👍🏻 Service: The service staff has a good attitude. The most impressive ones are the thin and small lady who works in the guest room on the 4th floor, the thin and beautiful lady at the front desk, and the front desk manager lady. She speaks very gently and patiently, and has a full score for service awareness💯I didn’t rest well on the 22nd because of the noise problem, so I gave feedback to the hotel. The front desk manager lady immediately helped to deal with the problem and helped to change the room. I must give a good review! ! But at the same time, it is also recommended that the hotel front desk include an item about guest needs in the training. A few days before check-in, I called the front desk brother to note that the room should not be close to the road and should be quieter. After arriving at the store, I also asked a makeup lady at the front desk: I want a quieter room, not close to the tool room or the linen room, and I can accept the front and tail rooms. But the lady seemed to have only heard that the rooms at the front and back were acceptable, which caused me to be woken up by the sound of linens falling to the ground in the linen room next to me the next morning. I don't mean to blame the front desk lady. The afternoon is the peak check-in period. It is understandable that there will be some negligence when it is very busy, but I still hope that the hotel can do a good job of relevant work training and make some advance arrangements for the rooms of tourists with special needs. Maybe it will be better. I will continue to choose Orange Hotel next time, and I also recommend everyone to stay there.
