First couple days of staying, everything was fine except the breakfast was not our usual meal. The last day, because the television system need to upgrade, we lost connection, need to change the room, but room was not really ready, missing microwave and some kitchen items .

First of all, the lady at the front desk is cold. Each time If I asked her a question, she reacted uninterested!
Second, when I entered the room for the first time, there was a strong smell of smoking. So they are not intended in cleaning quality checking.
Third, breakfast is bad, few choices, quality of food is terrible. No coffee.
Location is far away from everything!
I won’t recommend you to come, because you will be disappointed!

I had bit of trouble the first night checking in because I don’t read or speak Chinese that well, and he was so patient and understanding. He also helped me figure out everything regarding COVID testing and health kits in Fuzhou. TLDR; the hotel’s vibes are amazing. the environment/interior design is beautiful. But the best part was the homey feeling with the staff. If any of you decide to stay at this hotel, say hi to Anthony at the front desk for me! He truly was an amazing addition to my trip.
