Ulasan IM Residence Chiangmai

Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room. We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite.

ห้องดีกว้างมากค่ะ มีระเบียง สะอาดและใหม่มาก ห้องน่ำกับห้องอาบน้ำแยกกัน สะดวกมากค่ะ เสียอย่างเดียวกลอนห้องน้ำล็อกยากมาก รอยหน้าใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

บรรยากาศดีราคาไม่แพงที่จอดรถสบาย เจ้าของก็น่ารักบริการดีเป็นกันเอง ห่างจากเซ็นทรัลเชียงใหม่แค่ไม่ถึง 5 นาที

ที่พักดีมาก ชอบตรงที่มีถ้วยจานให้ในห้องค่ะ เพราะไปที่อื่นที่ราคาแรงกว่านี้ยังไม่มีให้ขนาดนี้เลยค่ะ

ที่พักสะอาด ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมาก เจ้าของ และพนักงานบริการดี และเป็นกันเองมากค่ะ มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกนะคะ **น้องหมาเข้าพักได้นะคะ ค่าตัวๆละ 150 บาทค่ะ**

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างดีค่ะ ไวไฟแรง ไดร์เป่าผมก็มี ราคาถูกมากกก โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับก็สุภาพมาก ไว้กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ทางเข้าแคบ รถสวนกันลำบาก เงียบดี เพราะอยู่ลึกจากถนนหลัก
