Perfect location, helpful and friendly owner, clean and nice room, delicious breakfast! Would recommend for a short stay to explore the city or during transfer flights.

The hotel located near Wat Para Singh and 15 - 20 minutes walk to Wua Lai walking street market. Hotel is simple but breakfast is good, the menu changes everyday. Overall we enjoyed staying here. Good deal with good breakfast.

We enjoyed being here; we actually extended to stay 2 more night. Very comfortable room and huge bd; great breakfast included; coffee and water bottle at discretion. Good location in old city and fair price. Ticks all the boxes.

Wonderful little place in the old town of Chiang Mai. Loved the room, attention to detail, very friendly staff and easy checkin-checkout. Breakfast was also good.

Cozy place for a short stay. Room clean and very convienient with walking distance to Sunday market. There are no stairs hence need to carry languages upp the stairs which is quite difficult for me.

Great value for the price. The location is very good, right in the alley opposite the Pasin Temple, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The room is small but nice and clean. The owner and staff are very kind. Breakfast is rich and different every day. It's almost a hotel-quality breakfast. Highly recommended.

酒店位置佳， 酒店外有雙條車方便去旅游景點。另外有一間七十一在附近. 酒店內包早餐， 每天款式不同，附近有多間按摩店及食肆

位置優益，就在古城中心，週日夜市盡頭；衞生也很好👌🏻前台阿姨熱情友好，每天都是現做的早餐~每天提供酸奶水果~非常美味，之前會細心詢問你有沒有什麼忌口，即使是吃素也完全不用擔心，素食早餐也非常美味，如果你去的話可以找找我寫的便簽😄😄唯一缺點是沒有電梯，但是比起優點來也不算什麼了

老城區的房間有點小，一個人住比青旅好，靠路邊有點嘈雜，睡覺不好的別選，房東服務不錯，有一説一，剛到辦理入住就看到自己的名字已經在入口處，很暖心的。早餐也不錯，現做的一人一份不夠可以加。交通很方便，周圍各種吃喝購都有。

老闆幫助我們很多，我們在她這裏定了3次旅行團，比外面便宜，還積極幫我們聯繫接送車輛，很愉快的體驗。早餐是老闆阿姨做給我們吃的，每個國家的早餐都有不同，賓至如歸。很好的阿姨，感謝~

ワットプラシンやサンデーマーケットにも近いです。コンビニも近くにあって便利な場所。朝食も美味しかったです。ホットコーヒーが飲めるので助かりました！シャワーが熱いお湯が出なくて、弱量でお湯がでます。季節によっては風邪ひくかもです。

服務人員非常nice，每天早上都有非常好吃的早餐，性價比非常高。位置也非常好，就在古城中央，週日夜市就在酒店旁邊。
