It’s old that’s fine, but not well maintained at all, it’s horrible, such a pity a hotel like this would become so terrible. Very dusty and dirty.

My first and last time Old hotel with unprofessional front desk Staffs I book Double room for my only me. But they provide Twin , surely they asked me do I accept for twin? I said yes, because I’ve waiting nearly 1 hour with only 2 guests were checking in.

I get to check in 8:30pm in this hotel which is suppose to check in after 2pm based on the hotel policy, I have to wait 4 hours in lounge. The room is dirty, the whole hotel is pretty run down and no hot water. Still rubbish in bins from previous guests. Worst hotel experience ever and no apology from anyone. We observed the same issues for other guests on same day and following day do this must be the norm. Would never stay here again even if free.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. Arrived at 4.30pm to find both rooms not ready. We’re assured they would be ready soon. Waited 3.5 hours to get get for first room (8pm). To find the room dirty( rubbish in bins from previous tenant, dirty floor, dirty stained doors and curtains). No hot water for shower. No apology from staff for late room and filthy room. I would never stay here again even if offered room for free.

I hate give such reviews but the hotel is very very old (the corridor looks scary as well like the Thai horror movie) and night staff barely speaks any English. The hot water takes forever to come out as well. Won’t come back again.

Receptionist services very bad,no hot for sgower, very noisy around hotel due to all the birds! i highly don't recommend for any tourists book this hotel!

酒店還不錯 ,價格划算 ,就是住的人少,大廳氣派,人氣少,酒店比較老舊,早餐也還不錯,希望改造好一點,前台服務人員比較慢,開始還需要等到3點入住溝通後安排10點就入住了,這個需要改進,房間都空着一天沒住幾個人客户來了還需要搞規定3點入住早上早退房 這樣服務不算好,後來等了20分鐘拿到房間了,效率好一點5分鐘內就要拿到房卡
