Hotelnya bagus dan stafnya hebat, hanya saja di hari terakhir saya menginap mereka tidak memberi saya sarapan yang sudah termasuk dalam harga kamar saya di hari terakhir. Resepsionisnya sangat baik dan sopan, namanya Omaima. Pelayan restorannya ramah dan menggunakan com3 dan memberi saya sarapan. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini. Saya juga hafal Al-Qur'an. *************, nama saya Ahmed.

Agak jauh dari stasiun kereta api dan medina. Namun, daerah sekitarnya cukup aman dan bersih. Terdapat restoran di dalam hotel.

Lokasi yang bagus, tempat tidur yang bersih dan nyaman dengan balkon. Menikmati masa menginap.

Stafnya sangat penuh perhatian. Teras atapnya indah, begitu pula kamar dan seluruh hotel. Sarapannya praktis dan banyak pilihan. Kami merekomendasikan untuk menginap di hotel ini dan menyenangkan menginap di kota baru yang jauh dari Medina.

This is an amazing hotel in the city center of marrakech , walking distance from everything shopping center carre eden, restaurants and coffees, the rooms are comfy and cosy, I also advice you to eat at bistrot la saveur very delicious food and great service

Hotel Le Caspien exceeded my expectations again! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the central location was perfect for exploring. Special thanks to Younes at reception for his exceptional service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights arriving the 27th Feb. I am slightly disabled so email beforehand to ensure I had a room near the lift and found the replied from email to be very helpful and accomodating. On arriving I found the hotel to be in an excellent location a short walk from all the amenities of the new city and a 50Dhm taxi ride to the main square taxi's pass regularly so there is no problem getting one. On arriviving I found the reception staff to be extremely helpful, polite and cheerful, a Safety Deposit Box costs 25 Dhm per night. The young lady on reception was extremly helpful, always cheerful and smiling and ver polite. The rooms were immaculately clean and cleaned everyday sometimes a little late but never the less cleaned to the normal high standard. The hotel is a little dated but I would call it homely and cosey. The bar serves excelent food of a very hight standard and the staff are very polite and attendtive - one comment is that the menu is the same every night and for long stays it would be an added advantage if there was a Today's Sepcial on the menu. Check out time is 12pm but there is a baggaeg room if your flight is not till later. Al in all an excellent stay and well recommended with no disturbances at all - highly recommended Thanks to the team

Surprisingly nice budget hotel with a riad-like orientation in the new town. The lobby had a fountain with rose petals - lovely touch! Stayed with an Intrepid trip for one night. Recommended if you want to stay in the new town for a good price.

Perfect stay for four nights, food excellent and staff were polite welcoming and very helpful. Pool small and in dining area which was a bit strange. Breakfast served on a tray but more than enough! Room lovely, clean well maintained. Need a taxi to medina, but only 4 pounds. Highly recommended.

On the plus side this hotel is in an excellent location-in the heart of the Ville Nouvelle,in Gueliz.The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean.The room itself however was rather small and the en-suite was very small.Breakfast was a meager affair-served on a tray that was brought to the table with a very limited amount of food.Lighting was also a problem as the landing outside the door of my room was extremely dimly lit making it difficult to find the elevator.....I decided not to return a few weeks later when I was back in Marrakech....I can recommend it for being clean,friendly and welcoming but I do not consider that it was good value....6 out of 10.

The room was small and the wifi was shocking. We accidentally went to the wrong room and got in using our key card. So security is also terrible. The pool is practically useless as you hav to walk through the restaurant with the bar staff wagging their fingers at you like a dog to not use it. The rooftop is used as their store room for old stuff which means you can not enjoy it, even if you could the walls are non transparent and 8ft high so you cannot see the view. Worst of all the bar staff especially a bald man was incredibly rude and patronising and ruined our stay at the hotel. Would not return and I advise other people to not stay either.

The singles room is excellent but beware there is noise until 2am ish as there is a shisha bar next door. The noise didn't effect me at all. The room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. If you are in room 402 the door needs to be pulled or pushed close as it doesn't automatically. Bed is a double and comfortable 👌. My second visit here. I love the location, staff are excellent. A great stop if you like to be in the modern part of the city with everything that one should need within an easy walk. I didn't use the pool but looked clean and cold enough.
