Super clean big spacious room with separate bathroom bathup. Friendly staff excellent service. Nice ping pong and playstation room.

Positives: - Huge room - cable tv (not the usual 第四台） - separate toilet and bathing area - separate shower and tub - tub has ocean view - hotel big on sustainability (no disposable toiletries provided, as well as no bottled water - can fill water using water dispensers outside the rooms) - child friendly hotel with children’s activity room - in house sauna! - pet friendly hotel too with a pet room for pets to stay Negatives: - room has a step up which may be inconvenient for ppl with disabilities - the separate toilet and shower area is in between the sleeping area which may be a bit inconvenient - bed is a tad soft

The room was clean and had a nice ocean view and small balcony. Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Not near the nigh market but there are restaurants around. Good experience.

Short stopover stay at Hualien for Taroko. Rooms are clean. A bit far away from the centre but there are few nice restaurants nearby. Didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment much.

It is a very good hotel for the price it charges. Only problem is the bed and too soft.

Good location

離市區比較遠一點的位置，飯店大廳寬敞，櫃檯服務人員態度親切，辦理入住手續迅速確實。 這次選了沒有早餐的方案，現場選擇加購早餐有折扣，但隔天想到附近吃個早餐。 客房辦理入住時有升等，是面市景的客房，客房空間大，整理得很乾淨，冰箱內有兩罐飲料，有水壺可以到走廊飲水機裝水。 浴室有浴缸蠻大一間，旅遊晚上回飯店能夠泡澡是很舒服的，浴室水量及冷熱都穩定，挺好。 床鋪感覺偏軟了點，枕頭還蠻舒服的，美中不足的是隔音效果不是很好，多少都還是能聽到隔壁客房的動靜。

不會強迫三人付四人價格，還可以直接入住可以住四人的家庭房真的很划算，這價格還包含早餐，這早餐用料實在，還有螃蟹泡飯（真的有很多螃蟹）跟和牛燥飯以及有特色花蓮料理，真的很值得。

位置雖然離火車站大約十分多的車程，但還算方便 房間大又乾淨，景觀加，早餐豐富好吃 一樣有和牛滷肉飯、螃蟹味增湯 飯店還有三溫暖可以使用👍

乾淨整潔舒適 雖然不在花蓮市中心，但是附近有租車行，飯店也可以租借電動機車，要去哪裡其實也蠻方便的，地段安靜。早餐提供時間很長，這一點非常讚賞

酒店距離機場/東大門約15分鐘車程，櫃檯職員也會協助打車。但附近沒什麼商店逛，有運動場可以看海。 附近推薦的餐廳有猿鰻川，Sabi Sabi 肉桂捲，country mother's，米崙丼飯屋。 酒店有洗衣機和烘衣機(共台幣100)，也有switch/乒乓球可以借用，有三溫暖設施。 房間乾淨，需要打掃可聯絡櫃檯。每日有免費迎賓飲料，水要到房外的飲水機自行補充。 整體住宿體驗良好，會推薦。

房間寬敞舒適也乾淨，離市區不遠騎車方便！臨近花蓮美術館區去看了一個不錯的展覽，騎着車繞了附近欣賞許多風格不同的民宅外觀，感受花蓮的藝術文化和住民氣息很有意思！
