Apartment corridor have very dirty, heavily stained and disgusting carpet. Even there are dog feces on there. I'm so traumatic to see that. I have complained to front desk. She respond like it seems to be normal. But they do clean after that. Room is ok. But their marble floor have heavy black dirty stain. Furniture are getting old. But bed sheet is clean. Towel are smelly. Price is cheap compare to location. Very strategically location at nanjing street. The opposite of binjiang road pedestrian. Very near to cathedral church.

Its really nice in a great location right at end of main shopping street. Only issue was the pool which was filthy and full of outsiders on a Sunday afternoon -did not swim!

非常滿意！房型做了升級，我們居住的是雙卧室家庭套房，在31層。房間空間充足，和圖片描述一致，兩個卧室，兩個衞生間，配備冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，很適合家庭居住。阿姨每天都會打掃，補充物品，前台小姐姐服務也很好。體驗感拉滿，整體非常滿意！

訂的商務套房，非常適合一家人出遊，設施比較齊全，雖然酒店有些老，但是整體使用沒啥問題，也乾淨，主要是酒店位於濱江道步行街，地理位置比較優越，有地下停車場可以停車，對開車出遊比較方便。樓下就是西開教堂。

很差，非常差，第一次住酒店給差評 首先，登記時前台要求留下身份證複印件或照片用作入住備案，反覆強調他們是公寓性質，和酒店不一樣（住了這麼多次酒店/公寓第一次遇到要留下身份證複印件給公安部門做備案的），沒給 入住後驚呆了，窗户漏風，屋內15℃，空調不制熱，前台説是中央空調，不制熱，要了兩床被子，拿來的被子如下圖，有不明污漬，後來給換了 床頭四個插座，衹有一個好用的，反應後前台竟然拿來了一個插排，試問，誰敢在床頭用插排一整夜？沒有安全隱患嗎？ 最後，非常不隔音，樓下修路，半夜被吵醒以為打雷了。整棟樓都是各種公寓，遇見了很多特殊從業者，自行琢磨吧

很久以前來住過一次，這次來的時候還是和以前一樣，房型有免費升級，設施齊全，房間乾淨，價格實惠，區位也很不錯，服務很到位，下次要來的話會選擇繼續住！

房間比較大。供暖挺好，不知道以前是不是很好。現在肯定不行，設施可以説簡陋，但是配套設施挺全。會有噪音。就是那個教堂，六點準時敲鐘。前台你説她不正規把，都穿職業裝，還有經理，你説她正規把。啥也解決不了。服務基本沒有。
