環境可以的，餐食非常豐富

一切都很棒，酒店設施一應俱全，比較乾淨和舒適，早餐也很豐富，還有歡迎雞尾酒券，整體的一套流程比較符合其高端品質。

酒店位置不錯

The rooms need to be updated. The air condition was very loud. When we got there, there were three parties happening at the same time outdoors. So if you are looking to stay at a quiet hotel on a weekend, this is definitely not the place. Staff are ok but not top notch. The area around the pool is very nice and the trees, peacocks and birds give it more value. Breakfast buffet was great.

Breakfast terrace with swimming pool, flowers, birds, and trees made BK special. Service was also great.

The hotel was clean and safe which were my top priorities. The hotel is expensive so it would have been nice to see some updates in the quality of the room since it looks a little outdated but other than that I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the pool and scenery is beautiful outside.

Hotel had a party goinh, noise was so loud, couldnt sleep. Awful experience ! Don't book this hotel, aparently this Activity happens every week.

There were bottles are room service in the hallways for a long time, even after hotel staff saw them. The rooms were noisy when there were parties or wedding events on the premise. The Hotel Presidente is long overdue for a makeover.

Nice area and place just needs improvement rooms and conditions are pretty outdated

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff personal were very friendly and helpful when asked questions. The lobby was very nice but the walls in the other floors and the rooms didn’t have anything on the walls. I think a few pictures on the wall would add some appeal to the hotel. We had a very nice visit and would stay here again. Thank you.

Breakfast buffet not a good variety basic eggs and beans too simple for a nice hotel

We stayed at this property for 2 days. The staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable when we asked what there was to do around the neighborhood. There was a shopping center across the street and a mall within 5 minutes walking. The hotel seems a bit dated but everything was well taken care of. We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning. They had a omelet station, pupusa station and a variety of ready made food. Our family would definetely stay here again.

I am very disappointed with this hotel, to be honest. I booked the hotel because it had very good reviews but I don’t understand why. The hotel condition is terrible the haven’t remodeled since the 1990… My room A\C didn’t work so they had to change me to another room. What I liked about the hotel was the staff and the location.
