The lounge area offers a chance to browse several large books about El Salvador, providing a basic introduction for first-time visitors. I only stayed one night and missed breakfast due to an early departure. The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but airport pickup was not available because I received no response to emails and messages from customer service."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient to find restaurants. Located right across the mall in a major road. The double pane window really did a good job at insulating the street noise. Unfortunately, interior walls were not able to sound proof at all. We heard our next door neighbor snore. Upstairs footsteps. Room is clean, but quite some wear on the furniture and flooring. It provides complimentary bottles of water. Room 629, Ambassador floor."
