Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - I-10 West - CityCentre

Everything was great the first week of staying there then out of know where when I booked the room again they told me that the room had trash all over the floor that there was red paint all over the counter tops and that it isn't their housekeepers' job to clean up after the guests. And might I ad I took pictures before checking out. I want yalls opinion does this look like a bloody red murder since to you??? Omg do you see all the trash I just stepped over and left for them??? NO! Because I'm resentful of other people's property. They wanted to charge us $100 refundable deposit and a $75 non- refundable housekeeping cleaning fee. Like what?!?! Ive never been asked for a housekeepingg cleaners fee. I'm not paying 4x what my room cost don't you think if I had the money I'd be in a pin house not a motel! I high do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! they will cheat you out of your money and talk to you disrespectful on top of that!

Has a full size refrigerator and kitchenette in the room. Feels like a temporary apar**ent more than a hotel. It's well kept but not necessarily clean. Carpet was very old and felt sticky. Everything worked, no bugs, and staff was polite. No real complaints. Good for the money. Would stay there again.

Saw 2 cockroaches in the room, the microwave was busted it worked but dropped small particles from top onto food, halls smelled of skunk, didn't have coffee makers, washer/dryer were out of order, included breakfast was "unavailable", very dissatisfied overall. If you can, stay somewhere else.

Came a little early staff was really rude , so rude she wouldn't even try to move the time for check in, so we decide to go down the road to another Ext. Stay they took us in right away we got a room and went on to our Chris**as party had good time.

Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. Didn’t seem to well cleaned. We found multiple roaches throughout the room and some on the bed.

I needed a room with a bed and shower, at an affordable rate, and that's what i got. Could've done without the roaches in the room. Other than that, looked basically clean.

Very good stay ,staff friendly and helpful. Really liked the kitchen facilities. Plenty of very good coffee in morning. Please compliment the staff

Elevator was out and room was dirty and furnishings worn. Carpet was wore out. Would not stay here again
