For a relaxed Family vacation with a nice outdoor swimming pool this Hotel is perfect. The room was huge, very spacious, made for kids to enjoy. Friendly personal, great service, all in all a very nice Hotel to stay at, if you do not intend to leave the Hotel to discover the City Hangzhou.

Walking across the suspension bridge and overlooking Qinglongtan, the misty atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. This is also a great place for family interaction and relaxation! Children can get up close to raccoons and peacocks, and the daily peacock release at 10:30 and 13:30 is truly breathtaking as the peacocks descend from the sky. You can also interact with the shy yet curious parrots, feeding them by hand and experiencing the wonders of nature. Additionally, the peacock release performance happens at 10:30 and 13:30 daily—don't miss it! There is a coffee and tea shop within the park, and nearby Longmenkan Village offers authentic local cuisine. If you have time, the Guangming Temple Reservoir and Shangchengdai Village are also worth visiting, making it a perfect day trip. Because I brought an elderly person with me, the front desk did not agree to coordinate and arrange them on the same floor. We communicated for a long time. Finally, the management came and negotiated the arrangements. Then there was the breakfast. Because I had children with me, I had to pay for the children's breakfast on the spot. The charge was 38 yuan on the first day. I gave the staff the price of 28 yuan published on the hotel's website, and then they got a refund of 10 yuan. The next day, breakfast was charged another 38 yuan. I asked this question, and the reply was that the price would start to increase in October. The website also updated the price of 38 yuan, which meant that the settlement was based on the latest price. The reason was far-fetched. The difference was only 10 yuan, which was not much money. But this approach is quite speechless.

A beautiful stay in Hangzhou. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the busy, touristy streets. Only 30-40 minutes car ride from Xizili Westlake Art Hotel located at North Jianguo Metro station. We needed a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy and this was perfect! We got to explore the premises and enjoy the scenery of the tea leaves plantation. The hotel is right below the tea leaves plantation which we took a hike after late lunch. Breathtaking view! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, tea, desserts and a little bag upon check in and out. Breakfast was sumptuous and serving was generous! Very responsive on WeChat and provided us with extra bottles of water and pillows. They also kindly gave us an option for free upgrade to a bigger room. Hot shower and bathtub was good! I enjoyed the books at the communal area and wished I had more time to relax and read there. My son loved the bicycle and cycled around the premises. We enjoyed exploring the village and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes. It was a short but enjoyable 1 night stay! Wished the pool was open for use with hot water!
