Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast. Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist. Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are large and quiet and very comfortable. The conditions are hygienic and immaculate. The front desk staff is always very helpful and even allowed me to do a late check out at 2 PM when I asked. The price of this hotel is also very reasonable for a five star experience. One thing to to note is there is not a lot of retail, restaurants or shopping within walking distance to the hotel so you’ll need to taxi or drive.

This is a very good accommodation with (1) super elegant design, (2) great location, and (3) good options for breakfast buffet. One thing that I must slightly complain was the strange smell from the bathroom, it got worse everytime we came back to the room after a long day shutting all door and windows. The staffs did kindly upgrade our room (even before the smell happened( and offered us to change the room twice (after we reported it), we tried once and eventually figured out that the smell could be gone if we (1) turned on the AC for at least 1 hour and (2) put on a lot of lavender room spray. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely lovely.

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This time, I traveled to Hangzhou with my husband for a few days. I stayed in a special hotel located in the Lingyin Scenic Area of ​​West Lake on Longjing Road. The hotel is quiet and Chinese-style. I especially like the hotel's tea garden and quiet environment. The breakfast is also very rich. The housekeeper gave thoughtful and warm reminders and services. A souvenir was also given when I checked out. I like it very much😊

The price is 388 per hour, which is the same as the price in the park. The staff in the hotel are very polite, and the housekeeper Yulia is also very meticulous. On the day of check-in, she will add WeChat to ask if there is anything you need. The room is in a cool style and has a large space. Hangzhou has been cold these days. Fortunately, the warm wind in the room is warm enough. It is also equipped with a warm baby and a blanket. The night bed service is also very considerate. It prepares water for taking medicine, fruit snacks, and makeup removal towels, etc. The bath is equipped with the Oulong series, which tastes good, and the hair dryer is also Dyson~ The hotel breakfast is semi-self-service, with six sets and a self-selection area. The set meal recommends small wontons and chicken soup noodles, which are very fresh~ The waitresses in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic! The only downside is that the TV in the room is not up to standard, although I don't watch it now. The bedding should be improved. The mattress, bed sheet and pillowcase are all relatively hard. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. If you are coming to Xixi for a vacation like me, I believe this is a good choice for charging!

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.
